Technician did a good job at explaining the product he put down and how long it takes to see results.

Told I would be contacted 3 days prior to service but not contacted until the day of. While I appreciate the job is complete, I had others services to schedule based on aeration schedule, now those are running behind. If I cant trust TG in the little things how can I trust the company in the bigger things. Details and promises are important.

The gate was left open. Please close any gate you opened. My 1yr. Pittbull terrier that is big and over 50 pounds, darted out of fence. I am. 79 years old and when we got a leash on him, he wrapped around my legs. I fell, luckily no broken bones. This could have been avoided. My son is on vacation, so neighbors helped me. He pulled woman neighbor down, thank goodness the man was able to get the dog home.

Excellent lawn service ( 9 per year including weed, fertilizer aeration, reseed ) and reasonable price. Technician always knocks on the door to let me know what service is being performed. And they alert me at least a day before they do aeration so I can mark what areas to avoid which is important to me.

The lawn looks great after just a few applications.

After tons of rain and continuous mosquitoes, I called to see what options I had for another spray. Trugreen was quick to set me up for a courtesy spray and was even there the next day!

I have had trugreen since 2017 and this is the worst my lawn has ever looked, after several years of no weed issues, this year, I don't know what they put down but it was not something to prevent weeds.

My yard was pathetic. Grass bare spots everywhere. Weeds galore. After my very reasonably priced Tru-green treatmemts it looked fantastic. Im very proud of how it looks now. Will be spending lots of time in my yard. Than you tru-green.

Today the specialist, Derick, did a wonderful job with the motorised spreader. On July 2 a specialist came out with a push spreader. My account is noted that my size yard requires a motorised spreader. I called customer service and I’m glad they took care of this issue. I use Tru Green for mosquito treatment, my bushes and Tree Service, and lawn Service. So far, I am very happy with Tru Green service. I have been using Tru green for a while now.

Lucas was very helpful with our lack of knowledge of sod. He explained everything that needed/needs to be done with lots of tips on types of seeding etc. to use. Great experience appreciated his knowledge. Joyce and Dave

Sean seemed very knowledgeable about most of the weeds in my yard. He reassured me if I didn’t see the results I wanted, that they would come back and treat again. Also gave me new tips to help turn my yard around!

SO happy with our service today! Technician knocked on the door to let us know he had arrived, spoke with us both before treatment to go over the plan and during application to review property. We have so many curves in our lawn due to landscaping, it takes extra care for a thorough treatment, we got that today!! Thank you!!

Our TRUGREEN Specialist Derek Smith was so very professional and courteous! He got right to work and did a fantastic job! He was so polite and pleasant to work with. I purchased the mosquito service. I live in a low lying area so I purchased a plan that would cover my yard. I was pretty skeptical, but the salesperson assured me that if I had on-going problems between treatments, they would come back out and even spray the vacant lot beside me if necessary. This year, I have stayed inside because I still have problems with mosquitos - boyfriend is attacked when he cuts the grass or barbecues. I finally looked at my cameras on a day they came to spray, and they basically sprayed the porch and the back of the house at the base of foundation. This was after I called and explained the yard needed treatment.
Called back today and was told I would have to pay additional fees to get the service I originally agreed to or get the “mosquito plus” now. Cancelled service. If you have this plan, and you’re still getting attacked, you may want to look into this!

TruGreen staff always demonstrate the utmost knowledge and professionalism. We saw improvement in our lawn after the first treatment and are pleased with progress so far. Alexander went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed in how my yard turned out this season, my yard looks worse than it did before using this company. A waste of money! The workers are very professional! It’s the products that were used that I’m disappointed in!
