Two totally incompetent TruGreen employees did this to my yard on 5/25/21, and didn’t bother to inform me that day what they did to so severely damage the grass. Three phone calls asking for their Collinsville, IL general manager to come to my house and examine the damage have resulted in nothing; he won’t even return my call, let alone show up. I was a very satisfied customer of Country Club Lawn & Tree for many years. It saddened me when Country Club agreed to be bought by TruGreen. TruGreen’s service has been terrible ever since, but never in the 30+ years I’ve employed a lawn care company have I seen such gross incompetence as I did last week when these two guys burned my lawn. The affected areas look like someone sprayed large quantities of Round Up on the grass. Incredible!

TruGreen has been doing a good job. I knew it would take a year or two to get all of the weeds gone and fill in the bare spots. Hopefully after one more aeration and reseed we will have it under control.

We are new customers. So far so good. They have their work cut out for them with our yard. Check back in 8 months. We’ll see if the promise has been delivered.

Worst exp ever. Tecs showing up smoking, facial tattoos… all of my grass is dead. Weeds thriving everywhere. Moles still active. Customer service was rude and interrupted me. Told me they don’t do money back guarantees and I paid a year upfront! So they basically stole a grand from me. Only did like 4 visits 2 of which were redo’s cuz the techs were so bad. One even sprayed on a rainy day. The customer service rep on the phone then said ill just cancel your service and interrupted me and rudely asked if there was anything else i needed then hung up. Wow just wow… BBB complaint coming next.

Took the money and abandoned the job. We had to pay someone to finish the work. $1000 job ended up costing us $1800 plus a day off work. They also broke our mailbox and retaining wall.

This company was Great, very nice. Respectful they done everything as they said and a little more The cleanup was Great as well. 😊

Called on Tuesday, began work on Wednesday, finished on Thursday!! Wasn’t a small job either! Friendly, hard working crew, very impressed with complete experience, especially clean up, thank you!

Daniel and his crew did an amazing job. Topped my trees and shaped them. Excellent work and they cleaned up after.10 out of 10! Thanks guys

Had a emergency when a branch hit the house. They came right out and removed the branch. They went above and beyond to do everything they could to help us with our problem.

Needed 2 trees trimmed, they had not been trimmed in 20yrs, they did a fantastic job! Not real expensive for what all they did. They trimmed, cleaned up, & hauled away.

Pro Tree Solutions took down 3 of our trees so far. Now we are working with our neighbor to get one between our houses. They did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Massive trees fell all over our mom’s neighborhood this past big storm. Most homes lost roofs and siding and more. He came by and offered to help remove all the limbs and massive logs from her yard. He did a marvelous job and saved us all from some extremely difficult work. We are so grateful for their time and services!

Pro Tree Solutions provided excellent service. The tree I had removed was in a bad spot. Fences on pretty much all sides with another few trees right on top of each other. The Pro Tree Solutions team handle the situation like a hot dinner knife cutting through butter.
