The staff was so patient and helpful. An amazing variety of plants - I could have spent hours exploring here! I will definitely be back.

I’m convinced this place is a little heaven on earth. Highly recommend them for all of your plants. I’ve always had the best of luck growing my flowers from here vs from a big box store. Plus it’s fun to look around and immerse yourself in all the blooming flowers.

A friend of ours recommended we visit Creekside because of their prices and selection. Wow, we’re they right! We spent about half for a Hosta we had been looking for. A beautiful place with an amazing selection of plants. If you are looking for Fall plants, especially mums, this is the place to visit! We can’t wait to see what they have next Spring.

Plants are extremely healthy and I have gotten so many compliments on them already! Every time I've gone there (even though the staff is very busy), they have no problem stopping to help you.

The most amazing selection of plants that I've ever seen in person. Each and every plant was healthy, full to size of the pot, had an info card for care and price. All staff that was extremely polite, asked if I needed assistance and very helpful. This is by far my favorite nursery that I've had the pleasure of being at. Only downfall is having to pick and choose which ones to buy.

Just stopped in early April 2025 for the first time and LOVED it! HUGE selection and good prices. Way more of a selection than any other nursery we’ve been to this early in the year. We will definitely be back!!

Love their houseplant collection, planters, tropical plants, etc. Everything looked so healthy. We got several plants and can’t wait to see everything grow this year.

This is a wonderful place. You can find a huge array of pots of all sizes, seasonal plants, seasonal decor, houseplants, annuals, perennials, bird baths, memorial stones, you name it! The staff is really kind and knowledgeable. There is ample parking and it feels like a safe area. I have enjoyed each visit here!

Holy plants!! This is a super cool place and it is huge!! I had seen some plants in pictures that Creekside had posted on Facebook that I wanted so I went with somewhat of a plan. They have little flat-bed type wagons that you can use. Most of the paths are perfect size for them. I saw one person with their dog on a harness and another with a cat in a backpack - thought that was cool. I was wayyyyy impressed because the pictures online do not do the selection justice. Some of the plants I was looking for were in the indoor section which you cannot take the wagons into. But I left it outside and out of the way and it was totally fine. And the inside part is so cool! I wish I had taken so many more pictures for you. Found snake plants, zz plants, Hoyas, carnivorous plants, English ivy, String of Pearls, and so many more I was looking for. And they have a rewards program where you get a point for every dollar you spend. If I understood correctly, you spend $1,000, you get $100 - could be wrong though. I would recommend to anyone and will for sure go back!!

I run a small lawncare company and the yards I've mow that have been fertilized by turf police are some of my favorites. Always lush thick beautiful lawns. I reccomend turf police to my clients.

This has been a terrible experience. After a frustrating experience using TrueGreen services last year I canceled (which for some reason required multiple phone calls) TrueGreen for this season during the winter months. Even though I canceled they came and applied a mosquito application this spring. I have now had to call 3 times and am told each time I will not be charged for the application since I have already canceled. Well the keep sending me bills… How many phone calls does canceling a service take….

I’d stick with a local company if you need this service.

Have had no problems with Trugreen. Always answered any questions I have and more than willing to out again for any additional treatment.

After talking with Customer Service about price hike and there guys poor service on my lawn. The pricing was corrected and the service guy they sent out did a good job. I am pleased with there service so far, we'll see.

Came out did 40 seconds of work to spray for mosquito's. Did not spray the side of the house did not spray the underside of the trees, did not spray the back yard at all. Sprayed the bottom of the two trees in the front and that was and the front shrubs. I called to tell them they told me to use the app as the phone wait time for customer service will take a hour and a half. I am upset at what they did and will not use them again.

Would have given this company 5 stars two or three years ago. Not today. They have been a no show for recent service and continue to disappoint. Once we hold them accountable for the weed growth they have caused we will likely look elsewhere You can no longer speak to anyone local without begging to have the GM call you within 48 hours is the best you get. Another great local company sold out to the big guys. Sad.

Met Kayden when he arrived and asked him to avoid fertilizing next to landscaping and leave a written explanation of the work he had done. He did a super job and was very personable. Keep up the good work!

Excellent communication! I recieved four texts that Joel (the tech) would be arriving and when he did, Joel rang my doorbell. He asked any concerns I had. Once I had none, he went to work. Eight minutes later I recieved a txt indicating he had finished and there was a link to the summery showing what and how much had been applied. FIRST CLASS, TRUEEGREEN!

Well it all started out so good. Great price super nice office guy Keith and tech was nice as well.
The tech came and he was treating my yard and I asked him if he was putting down grub treatment he said it was an not on my ticket and then came back and then said it was.

Well my original quote from my local office included grub control fertilizer and weed control. All for the first time price of $27 well before he left he gave me the receipt and it showed I owed another $50 for grub control and $27 for the first service.

So I called the local office didn’t get an answer and then called customer service. The lady who answered was extremely rude and said that’s never included with the starter service And grub control is always 50$. fee. I explained on the quote I I was sent said grub control, fertilizer and weed control for $27. It says nothing about grub control being an extra $50 charge nowhere on my contract that they emailed to me and I have pictures to prove it. She offered to remove half the fee and I declined.
However Keith did remove the charge after I asked him to.
Anyway Next issue, the guy who treated my yard sprayed some of my vines and flowers so now I’ve got a vine that’s dying that’s been at the house for 20+ years and my whole row of flowers in front died I had a mow them down.

In conclusion I must say that Keith was professional but customer service was far from it and as for the tech he was a nice and Answered my questions then sprayed my yard and missed a bunch of clover some spots are dead and others are just alive and growing, also I’m not sure if they even put grub control down to be honest.
I called and texted Keith with no response or text back after saying he would come by and look at the damage. Have all text and pics of my contract.
Go with another company.

Good customer service on my aeration seeding and fertilizing.

I had Javaun B. come out to service my yard today. Trugreen calls Javaun a "Trugreen Lawn Care Specialist." I call him a Trugreen Customer Service Care Specialist and Standard Barer. Javaun serviced my yard with fertilizer and weed control treatments. He took the time to ask questions about any yard care concerns I may have, and ensured those concerns were addressed as he treated my property. Javaun's cordial interactive communications along with his attention to details while performing his job placed him in high standing with me. He sets a standard worthy of being emulated. A true Trugreen Customer Care Specialist and Standard Barer! Thanks for a job well done Javaun!

This is the first time that I’ve been home while I’ve been able to speak with the operator/sprayer. Devon listened to my concerns explained in detail why some areas could be sprayed and others cannot due to environmental reasons he took his time his professional thank you this is what I pay for, keep up the good work Devon

The representative that treated my lawn the first time was in a hurry. Sprayed my yard AND my garden with weed killer. Next morning my garden was dead or dying. They came a second time and a very nice young man came and seemed to do a good job but the weeds that were still there loved the fertilizer and are growing faster than grass!! I talked to a very nice lady at the office and finally was returned the entire amount that I had paid. I am now cancelling my service. Not worth the money. I can’t see a difference in my yard at all.
