Today the specialist, Derick, did a wonderful job with the motorised spreader. On July 2 a specialist came out with a push spreader. My account is noted that my size yard requires a motorised spreader. I called customer service and I’m glad they took care of this issue. I use Tru Green for mosquito treatment, my bushes and Tree Service, and lawn Service. So far, I am very happy with Tru Green service. I have been using Tru green for a while now.

Lucas was very helpful with our lack of knowledge of sod. He explained everything that needed/needs to be done with lots of tips on types of seeding etc. to use. Great experience appreciated his knowledge. Joyce and Dave

SO happy with our service today! Technician knocked on the door to let us know he had arrived, spoke with us both before treatment to go over the plan and during application to review property. We have so many curves in our lawn due to landscaping, it takes extra care for a thorough treatment, we got that today!! Thank you!!

I purchased the mosquito service. I live in a low lying area so I purchased a plan that would cover my yard. I was pretty skeptical, but the salesperson assured me that if I had on-going problems between treatments, they would come back out and even spray the vacant lot beside me if necessary. This year, I have stayed inside because I still have problems with mosquitos - boyfriend is attacked when he cuts the grass or barbecues. I finally looked at my cameras on a day they came to spray, and they basically sprayed the porch and the back of the house at the base of foundation. This was after I called and explained the yard needed treatment.
Called back today and was told I would have to pay additional fees to get the service I originally agreed to or get the “mosquito plus” now. Cancelled service. If you have this plan, and you’re still getting attacked, you may want to look into this!

TruGreen staff always demonstrate the utmost knowledge and professionalism. We saw improvement in our lawn after the first treatment and are pleased with progress so far. Alexander went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed in how my yard turned out this season, my yard looks worse than it did before using this company. A waste of money! The workers are very professional! It’s the products that were used that I’m disappointed in!

Two totally incompetent TruGreen employees did this to my yard on 5/25/21, and didn’t bother to inform me that day what they did to so severely damage the grass. Three phone calls asking for their Collinsville, IL general manager to come to my house and examine the damage have resulted in nothing; he won’t even return my call, let alone show up. I was a very satisfied customer of Country Club Lawn & Tree for many years. It saddened me when Country Club agreed to be bought by TruGreen. TruGreen’s service has been terrible ever since, but never in the 30+ years I’ve employed a lawn care company have I seen such gross incompetence as I did last week when these two guys burned my lawn. The affected areas look like someone sprayed large quantities of Round Up on the grass. Incredible!

TruGreen has been doing a good job. I knew it would take a year or two to get all of the weeds gone and fill in the bare spots. Hopefully after one more aeration and reseed we will have it under control.

We are new customers. So far so good. They have their work cut out for them with our yard. Check back in 8 months. We’ll see if the promise has been delivered.

Worst exp ever. Tecs showing up smoking, facial tattoos… all of my grass is dead. Weeds thriving everywhere. Moles still active. Customer service was rude and interrupted me. Told me they don’t do money back guarantees and I paid a year upfront! So they basically stole a grand from me. Only did like 4 visits 2 of which were redo’s cuz the techs were so bad. One even sprayed on a rainy day. The customer service rep on the phone then said ill just cancel your service and interrupted me and rudely asked if there was anything else i needed then hung up. Wow just wow… BBB complaint coming next.

We recently hired Juan’s to slope our backyard since it was holding water and in desperate need of repair. Juan and his crew did a great job. He also did some concrete work and we couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Juan’s Company Landscape.

We have used Juan for a number of years and his work was always excellent, but our latest experience was so upsetting. We asked him to created a brick border along the sidewalk and protect our plants while doing so. Because of a language barrier, Juan interpreted that to mean follow the lines of the plants rather than having even beds of even width on both sides. He also didn't notify us that a drainage outlet from the gutters meant he had to jut out the border to do a work around--note how wonky the borders are. We we asked him to fix it and follow the sidewalk, he said we had to pay the full amount, so another $1,000 to fix what should have been done right the first time. Not good business practices. The three stars is for work done in the past; otherwise it would be a one.
