Very professional service

Couldn't be any happier with the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

ARS Construction is the only company I would ever trust with my roof if your looking for a company I would highly recommend.
-
ARS was fantastic! Jacob was incredibly educated and helpful. The gutter guys did a fantastic job and arrived on time. I'll start recommending ARS and use it again in the future.

Had a small leak at a vent, Nik came out and after an inspection noted wind and hail damage from a previous storm. Helped with the insurance claim and got the roof and gutters replaced. No more leak, everything looks great! Would easily recommend for any exterior repairs!

I'm just going to make my story short about my first experience with this company. I just want to say thank you to the owner and to Jake. Both were total professionals. The owner,(I'm sorry that I forgot the name), really showed concern for his customers, old, new and future prospects, by taking time out of their busy schedule by reaching out to me by contacting me and sending one of his employee, Jake, out to take care of a minor issue my wife and I experienced with our siding during the storms we experienced here in Missouri and southern Illinois this past Friday night, 14 Mar 2025. I totally understand how busy you guys were with much more urgent situations. So, thank you all again and may GOD BLESS you guys. Have a BLESSED night.

Kaleb came all the way down to Fort Leonard Wood area to give us a quote when we had six other companies refuse to come out or give us an outrageous quote. Not only was Kaleb and his team respectful and knowledgeable. But when I asked his opinion on what he thought I needed to get done for my siding he didn't try to convince me to redo the entire house or entire wall. He gave me a recommendation and quotes with each of his recommendations. They stayed in touch throughout numerous storms and tornadoes to keep us up to date one when the project would be completed. Out of all the companies I've worked with when trying to fix up my house this has been the most responsive and trustworthy I've worked with between Kansas, Texas and Missouri.

The team at the Woods Basement were fantastic. The staff was professional and the installers, Alex, Bryce and Mason arrived on time, were courteous and explained the process start to finish.

If I could give negative stars I would. I’m generally not a person to complain or post bad reviews but today was the final straw for me with this company. Been working with them for the last roughly 10 months to get a job I payed a lot of money for completed properly. It’s been a nightmare! Original project was started back in fall of 2024. It is now the last day of June 2025 and nothing is right yet. Original project left damages to my AC unit, ruts in my yard, and big rocks they never cleaned up. They also bent my gate up because they showed up 15 minutes early and rather than wait for me or call me they took it upon themselves to automatically hop out and start disassembling my gates so they could pull up the driveway farther. Window wells were supposed to be installed along with a dual sump pump with battery back up, and walls were supposed to be sealed and drainage systems outside and inside installed. When they left all we had was a sump pump with battery back up, inside drainage systems, and part of some of the window wells. That was it. They did seal one small section of the wall but not behind the electrical box where it’s leaking like a water fall. They requested I pay more to seal it, but insisted that it wouldn’t matter because no water would get in behind the electrical box anyways once they’d completed their job. They also said no drainage systems outside past a certain line were ordered so that would be an additional almost $6,000 or more! Then they said they forgot to order one window well so we waited several months for them to come back out with that well and cover it. They showed up in the snow one night after 7pm and sent me pictures through a text of a job in almost complete darkness that we could barely make out. The next morning in the sun light we were able to see the window well was not properly fit and the cover was falling off. It still hasn’t been fixed. There’s still water pouring in behind my electrical box whenever it rains heavily. Most of the multiple window wells they dug have covers that dont actually fit properly and several of the wells are pulling away from the house and leaving gaps around the foundation of my house which has been the case ever since less than 2 months after installation. Been trying for months now to get them to come back out and they either ignore my messages, leave texts unanswered, or get us on the schedule then cancel last minute for some reason or another. Finally thought I had a set schedule for them to come out this month but unfortunately I had an emergency surgery in the family and had to reschedule. They couldn’t get me back on the schedule until September now. That’s another 4 months they’re pushing me off. Today the sump pump they installed apparently couldn’t handle the amount of water pooling in to my basement and left me with about 5 inches of standing water in the basement. Literally pretty much everything is ruined down there now and it’s worse than it’s ever leaked before! There’s even a toad in here that got washed in with all the mud from the shotty window well job! You can’t tell what was concrete flooring and tile, and what is mud and dirt at the moment it’s so bad. Been trying to call the supposed 24 hour emergency number for over an hour with no answer and no response to multiple left messages. Apparently the 24 hour number is only monitored until 8pm too according to the sales guy, who is the ONLY person I’ve been able to get a hold of tonight despite calling the main line, emergency 800 number, and the job supervisor. Like I said I HATE giving bad reviews and try to get everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I am so frustrated at this point and will definitely never work with this company again after our project is finally finished properly! Definitely do NOT recommend anyone else using them either! Photos are of window wells shortly after they were complete led and of the flooding in the basement after clean up from all the mud and water.

Caleb and his team were professional, polite, and friendly. They did very neat work! Thank you!!

Blake was awesome in assessing our basement issue, explaining our options, and talking us through the expected process. He really helped to calm our nerves and reassure us that a positive outcome was possible! Overall an excellent experience!

Woods Basement Systems has been a great company to do business with so far! We have already recommended them out to others. From the sales rep aspect to the customer service experience to the crew doing the work, our experience has been top notch. Getting basement repairs done is daunting, so having someone come in to assess what needed to be done and thoroughly explain the process was awesome. Having a business see you as a family rather than just another job done is so important. Thank you Woods!

Caleb and the crew were extremely diligent in their work. They put forth great effort to complete the project in a timely way. Caleb was professional and easy to talk to. There were times where it was difficult to get a response back from the office, but the crew made up for that completely. I will be using them again for future projects and referring Woods Basement Systems to others!

I had waterproofing and wall stabilizers done. My basement was left a mess, yard was a mess. One of the waterproofed walls leaked, the stabilizers caused a new leak. The stabilizers were installed wrong and the jack bolts are now too short. When the tie in was made to my sump pit they left all the material in the pit on top of my sump pump. They damaged electrical wires while installing the saddles for the wall beams. Someone came out, looked at all of it and has given me nothing but another quote. Poor quality work and no support after the work.
Update. Only the wire has been fixed. Jack bolts are still too short, material still in sump pit. No answer on why waterproofed wall leaked. -
Woods crew showed up on time actually a little bit early ready to go to work. The crew was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the work they were performing. Did a great job of keeping me updated on their progress. Woods Basements Marcel and his assistant did a great job leveling my driveway and sidewalk

Great experience. From the beginning of the process to the end everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Bryce did an excellent job repairing my driveway. I highly recommend Woods and their team.

Ronnie Reeves came for our inspection. Very informative and helpful. He gave me a thorough overview and suggestions regarding dehumidifier. Another very favorable interaction with Woods Basement systems!

A contract from Woods Basement is meaningless according to Woods Basement.
Woods Basement came out 12/16/25 to quote for basement, sidewalk, and driveway leveling. After quoting out for service, I signed the contract and paid the 30% down payment (all on 12/19/25) to secure the contract. I never heard back. After the holidays, I called back several times (both Sales and Production) and received no guidance or answer. Finally, on 1/9/26, I was advised by our Salesperson that they could not honor the contract I signed and paid down, pointing to a clause in the contract that says they have the right to back out. After reviewing with him, this clause did not exist (only customer-initiated cancellation within 30 days, but no mention of contractor-initiated cancellation). After escalating within Woods to have them honor the contract, I finally get an answer from CB (Sales Trainer, whose name I do not want to divulge on here), where he was the one that cancelled, said that they could not afford to provide the service that the contracted rate, that I could have them come back out and re-quote, and that I had no recourse. To their credit, they did initiate a refund (received 1/15/26 via mail, but only said "Accounts Receivable - Trade"). However, I did not receive any written discharge from the contract. Upon calling 1/16/26 to request, CB advised that they do not provide that, that I would have to go off his word that 'in their system', it showed "neither party is under any further obligation", but they would not provide anything further to prove this (not even an email, as I suggested to him).
I have nothing on my end to show that 1) Woods Basement has officially chosen to not honor its own contract, and 2) due to this unwillingness, I have no exposure/liability to future harassment from Woods Basement. I am not looking for anything free, but I am looking to Woods to acknowledge they terminated the contract, and to alert others that a contract from Woods is meaningless. -
Andrew was great! Very efficient and answered all our questions. Recommended a whole house dehumidifier and priced it out for us. He wasn’t pushy about purchasing just informative, which is always appreciated!!

Yearly maintenance performed was very helpful. Technician found that some of the insulation installation hadn't been done properly and scheduled a fix (at no charge to me). Would definitely recommend.

Wood’s basement came out and placed support under my house. They were prompt, fast, and very courteous. Juan Hernandez and his team were great! I expected this project to be hours long but, they were done in about an hour.
