Roofing & Gutters reviews in Collinsville, Illinois

Wish I could give a good review but I really can’t. Paid $190 for an annual maintenance service. Sump pit wasn’t cleaned out very well as photo shows. Battery backup pump and one of the main pumps were both dead. Price to replace was almost 8 times more than I paid to purchase the same pumps from another vendor. That price didn’t include the battery or labor but it was an easy DIY project and a battery was under $100. Woods said a manager would call me back to discuss all of this but never did. Service is certainly lacking.

Extremely happy with Caleb and his crew. They were prompt, efficient, polite, and completed the job to my satisfaction. Caleb worked with me to make sure I was kept in the loop on everything that was being done and he listened to my concerns. Excellent workmanship..

I had my sump pump checked today by Josh and Andrew from woods basement systems, and I couldn't be more impressed. They were both extremely kind, professional and provided excellent customer service. They were very knowledgeable about their work and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend

Juan Hernandez and his team did a beautiful job. They were fast, courteous and extremely professional. They cleaned up everything….not a mess in sight! When the job was over, Juan explained everything very well!

Job well done! I would highly recommend woods basement and Juan and his team!

Dan and Zach were very knowledgeable and professional. They throughly explained the process before they began the project. Furthermore they went above and beyond to provide the best possible finish while lifting the concrete, piercing the broken pieces together, and repairing all cracks with the finishes as they promised... Dan and Zach make a great team. So pleased with the meticulous effort they displayed throughout the day! We could not be more pleased!
VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!

Juan, Cesar and Jamar did an amazing job. They were on time, polite and answered all of my questions. I can’t believe how quickly they worked. They did a beautiful job finishing the concrete work and cleaning up. Everything looks great!

Highly recommend the folks at Woods Basement Systems.
They pomptly responded to my internet request for service. (It was only about 15 - 20 min.)
Bradley H. came out and quoted the job as requested a day after the appointment was set up.
He is very professional in his job assessment, and was a pleasure to deal with.
He took the time, not only address my questions and concerns, but also to get to know me.

The Woods Basement company had done a basement and driveway project for my neighbor about a year ago. I was very impressed with the job they did over there. That inspired me to call them about jacking concrete slabs on my driveway and patio. Also, cleaning and sealing all of the seams.

Looking forward to having this long-term solution completed. I am confident it will prevent future problems and increase the appearance and value of my property.

Thank you Bradley!

(Real Rock Stars)!!!😎

My experience with Woods Basement Systems was wonderful. Everyone was professional and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. Three piers were installed to stabilize my crawlspace and my crawlspace was encapsulated. My crawlspace looks so clean and with new sump pumps and a dehumidifier I’m thrilled to have my moisture problems solved. A new window well and buried gutter and sump pump lines make my yard look so much better as well. Thank you!

Foundation repair isn't something anyone wants to do, but it's necessary. The employees at Woods were very knowledgeable, kind, and they cleaned up after themselves. There was no mess afterwards! 10/10 would recommend for work.

Finding a good vapor sealer for our crawlspace was not easy. I had 4 separate estimates by the big name companies in the area and I was surprised by the inflated prices and pressure sale tactics used. I was even more surprised when some of them didn't even follow standards for "modern" vapor sealing methods.

Woods (which was last on my list to get quotes from) was distinctly different. Neil in sales was thorough in his inspection along with being as low pressure as one could get. He worked with us on price, which included the same material and process as the others but at a significantly lower price.

When the time came to seal up our crawlspace, Juan and his team did an excellent job transforming our damp, muddy, smelly crawlspace into a clean and healthy environment with a very nice warranty to boot. I would highly recommend Woods for your foundation / basement needs.

Juan Hernandez and his crew did outstanding work. The team was efficient and quick. They took great care to keep the area clean and tidy. Juan and his team were always very respectful. The 105+ year old basement turned out great!

We had our second project in two months done by Woods and again turned out fantastic! Juan, Cesar and Jamar were professional and so friendly. They did a great job on sealing a crack and encapsulating the crawlspace. The entire project was done in half a day and Juan showed me everything when they were finished. He made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. Great job!!!

Google would not allow me to add a second review so I had to edit my previous review from the last project which is below.

We had the area under the front porch filled in with the foam and the porch slightly raised. The guys were so friendly and professional. They explained how everything would work. They did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend Woods!

Best commercial roofers around.

Fast response and great work!

Aggressively pursued avenue of leak source.

Came when they said they would and did quality work.

Why did I get a survey? I have not used this business??? Is this from a years ago data base?

Applied rubber roofing to area that had been an issue for years. So far so good.
