We are so happy with our renewed and refreshed hardwood floors. Truth is, they look better now than when first installed 20 years ago. Ryan does a remarkable job — he wastes no time and does a superb clean-up afterward, too.

Ryan is very easy to work with, listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. We will have him return to renew the hardwood floors in our hall and bedrooms soon. In summary, we are simply delighted.

Ryan was awesome to work with after my visitors’ pets had done a number on my basement carpet. I was freaking out. He returned my call quickly, was on time, and walked through the house addressing all of my concerns. His commitment to his company and customers is apparent by the communication and standards he upholds. The service was amazing and I have a peace of mind when it comes to my kids playing down in the basement now. I plan to use his other services in the future too. Highly, highly recommend!

Ryan did an excellent job cleaning our whole upstairs living area carpet. He was very thorough in the process and explained things every step of the way. The carpet is like brand new after the cleaning. Would definitely recommend him!

Ryan and his team came in to repair a pre finished hardwood floor that was installed by another company. After attempting to remove construction adhesive from the surface that was left by the original installer, it was determined that a complete sanding and refinishing was necessary. Even with the last minute change, they came in right away and completed the job with superior quality. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs

With three kids and two dogs one puppy a year ago and a new puppy now, you can imagine what the carpets looked like. My beautiful area rug was almost black from kids running in and out all summer, my kids, neighbor kids, dogs chewing bones on the rug it was awful. I contemplated throwing it away. I’m so glad I didn’t!

Ryan, Jerry and the team, came in and made our floor absolutely beautiful! they treated our home like thiers, they are perfectionist. Another contractor had sanded our floors wrong and we didnt know what to do. AO came highly recommended, so we called, Ryan came to our house and said they could fix it and make our floors beautiful, he said..he got you! Resurfacing a hardwood floor is pretty straight forward; however, refinishing an “engineered” hardwood floor is a different animal. There is more chemistry involved especially when one needs wax removal, cleaning, prep, resurfacing and buffing. I chose Ryan at AOCleanig and was not disappointed. He explained his process and now my 20 year old floor looks new. Reasonable price. Floor and hallway, 6 hrs. Highly recommend.
