We had a great experience with this company. I had them go to my sons house and they did a great job. So I sent them to my friends and they did a great job of her also. Then I just had Blake and.Noah out to my house to do ours today. They are both very friendly and courteous. Blake showed us pictures afterwards and the difference was unbelievable. I recommend them to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned. Great job!

Chris and Brittany did an excellent job! It took them over six hours to finish our commercial building, but they worked diligently and did a complete and thorough job. I would much rather have them do it correctly vs rushing through the project. It was a good sized building, so a home will take much less time. After the cleaning, they sanitized the ducts so that we now have clean air to breath. Very courteous and professional!

The cleaning team came out to clean my mom's carpet after she had fell and there was blood stains on the carpet. I was assured that the team new how to handle the clean up. The technician came out and used HOT water instead of cold water on the stain which made the stain spread all over the carpet. The technician admitted his mistake and I was told they would replace the entire carpet. After many calls to Eric and told by his office they would replace there was no return calls. He basically ghosted me and did not take responsibility for this teams error.

Absolutely super service, quality, and price! They saved us from spending $$$ on carpet replacement. They have been great every time we have used them. Definitely recommend Eric and company.

This is the 2nd time (different location from initial) I've did business with this company & I'm pleased AGAIN!!! The amount of junk(dust balls) they pulled out my return vent & showed me. The worker Jon was very cool & personable. We chatted as we both worked (WFH JOB) & although I offered refreshments and lunch he insisted to keep working. He finally took me up on the offer of an ice cold Powerade!!

I've referred 2 friends to this small business & if ever needed I'll support them again. Don't worry if you call & don't get an answer. Leave a vmail because they'll call back in a timely fashion & don't mind communicating via text.

Not sure who to use at first. So we called several different companies, Eric the owner of midwest answered on the first ring, and we needed out air ducts cleaned because my entire house has very bad allergies. He wasn’t the cheapest but he was not the most expensive, so i ended up hiring him. It took 4-5 hours to clean and it was the best 4-5 hours of money i could’ve spent. Nobody has allergies in my house anymore.

Brandon and Pat knocked it out of the park! Midwest is responsive, calls ahead, they're respectful and they are so easy to work with! The water they dumped when it was clean was quite a sight!

I will give the abridged version of this..
In July of 2022 my wife and I were on vacation. While being on vacation the St. Louis area was hit with record breaking rains. So In turn our basement flooded. Midwest restoration was recommended by my insurance agent to remove the water and dry out the basement. My only request to Midwest restoration was to move my wife’s peletons out of the basement. They moved one.. She had two. Well the basement flooded two more times after they were there. The peleton treadmill is totaled. I’ve been told numerous times over the phone and via text by the owner (Eric Friedrich) that they will replace the peleton.
Well it’s been 5 months.
Mr. Friedrich s’ business manager has told me that the situation is being handled. I think we are past the point of being handled. This company was terrible to communicate with during and after the incident. They also want to act like noting has happened. We paid this company $3750 for water remediation but they caused $3500 worth of personal damage that insurance would not cover. Make it right Midwest restoration!

Eric and Patrick arrived on time. Great job on my carpet, it looks like new. I have used Midwest Carpet Cleaning several times and that is why I keep using them. Thank you Eric and Patrick.

Eric and his team have done several projects for us over the years and have always done an amazing job! We just had the carpets and furniture cleaned and it all looks great! Both Ben and John were very professional and took their time to make sure the job was done right…would highly recommend!

Patrick Very thorough, explaining and showing before and after pictures as he went methodically through all the floor vents and intake vents, and later , the large lines in the basement .
Also did the dryer vent line from floor to outside.
Very pleased with the professional job they did.
Took about 2 1/2 hrs from start to finish.

We had our air duct cleaned last Wednesday and I have to say they did an amazing job with the cleaning. Before the cleaning, the ducts were half full of dist, dirt, and everything else. After the cleaning, the ducts look like they were brand new. I highly recommend them. They are very reasonable in pricing.

I would highly recommend this company for any of your cleaning, or restoration needs! Very skilled in all areas other than just carpet. Very grateful the owner, Eric came out personally & made sure to clean out the air ducts as well. Certainly felt peace of mind knowing how passionate & experienced he was. Also appreciate how he explained the cleaning process to me & exactly how we were going to tackle it.
