By far the best carpet cleaning business I've used. They were very thorough and affordable. They got out some stains others couldn't and my carpets look great!!!!

Great customer service, Terry was very friendly and helpful. We spilt a glass of red wine in our living room, CPros came out the same day and was able to remove the stain from our carpet.

Terry at Cpros did an awesome job on a vomit stain that I did not think would come out. You cannot tell that there was a stain there. Additionally, I called Terry on a Sunday and he was over in an hour and fit us into his already busy schedule for the day. He was professional and extremely helpful.

I work for a company that buys, and rehabs houses. As you can imagine at some point or another we end up having to call someone in to take care of the carpet. I would recommend c-pros cleaning services to anyone. Terry is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, he gets on our job as fast as we need him to, we never have to wait, and he gets the job done, and gets out.
He hasn’t ever let us down; and let me just say we have had to send him into some dark places with some yucky carpet! And it always comes out looking brand new!
There’s not a lot of company’s out there anymore that values their customers the way he does, it’s a breathe of fresh air. He’s a gem!

I hate to leave a bad review...But we were really disappointed with our service from this company. There were areas that we found were not clean, so we asked them to re-clean them, but it turns out after they left we are still finding more spots they missed. Considering we paid $574 for a "deep clean" of the house and carpet cleaning we were very upset with the end result. Terry was very sweet but I can't get over the poor quality of service.

Edit - I am very disappointed with how this company handles business. Instead of reaching out to rectify the bad service, they just deleted their fb page after seeing they got a bad review. Shameful.

Terry & Tonya did a great job. The carpet, and rug, look great! The sofa looks new, and it's at least a 10+ year old La-Z-Boy. Very professional; I'm so glad I called them. We had red wine, and soda, stains on white carpet. The stains are gone!

Our dog had explosive diarrhea all over our new basement carpet. We called c-pros late in the day, and they were over in less than 15 minutes. They cleaned the carpet and restored it. They even found spots that we missed. On top of it, they then gave us a discount. We will only use c-pros in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, friendly and affordable carpet cleaning.

Terry from C-Pros did and outstanding job on my house! He was extremely friendly and was able to get me an appointment the next day. He cleaned 7 rooms in under 3 hours. His work and professionalism are beyond compare. I highly recommend C-Pros for any of your carpet cleaning needs.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I needed to have my furniture deep vacuumed and cleaned as we had a flea infestation from a foster kitten. They came the same day I called, showed up on time and did an excellent job. I have 5 cats of my own so lots of cat hair. They deep vacuumed and then cleaned my couch, chairs and chaise. Everything smells fresh, looks brand new and so far is flea free. Thank you very much C Pros. You saved the day.

Terry from C-Pros did a great job on my house! He is punctual, professional and got me an appointment the same day I called. He cleaned 4 rooms in under 2 hours. Not only was the carpet cleaned, but the house smelled 100% better and not like industrial cleaner. It smelled fresh. I recommend C-Pros for any of your carpet cleaning needs.

We had our main level and basement carpets cleaned by C pros 4-1-24 and they did an excellent job. Very professional reasonably priced. Showed up got the job done in a timely manner and helped move some of our furniture around so we could get the best clean possible! Highly recommended! It's been almost a week and I'm still thrilled with the job they did. My house smells so much fresher after they came. It's an old farm house and we have 3 pets so it was definitely time to have them done!

Terry did a great job! 👍 he responded quickly to my voicemail and scheduled the job at my convenience. No up charges or hidden costs. He did everything that really needed to be done to make the carpet clean and presentable again after my renters moved out.
