Eric is a stand up guy, gave a good price and quality work! I can tell he takes pride in his work and company! I called him out on short notice, and he still came to do the job even after a long day and after responding to emergency calls, because he gave me his word he would make it. Eric and his crew came and saved the day after a plumbing issue flooded my home. They came right away and got to work. All of my worries went away when I saw how professional they were and how knowledgable Eric was. He answered all of my questions and handled everything. I have since schedule a duct cleaning service with them as well. Would highly recommend them!!!!

The cleaning service started great with lots of explaining and making sure we understood what was happening. The agent provided plenty of knowledge and asked permission to make any adjustments. However, there were some unprofessional and inappropriate comments made. As well as, 1 item was not replaced properly. A fan with a filter was offered for $200 more , but the filter looked dirty. He assured me it wasn’t but it did not look new to me. He did not pressure me to add that service. I would recommend the company, though, just be mindful of what they say to people, you can’t assume ANYTHING. We would not make assumptions of them.

Great communication. They kept me in the know from the time they arrived until the time they left. I had HVAC cleaning & maintenance and all our carpets cleaned (including two sets of stairs). Great people, fantastic work and they made sure it was as clean as possible before finishing. Carpet looks new again and the air smells fresher. They took extra care and detail in their work. Midwest Carpet & Duct Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my carpets!! The whole house feels and smells so much fresher. The team was super friendly, worked carefully with detail, and really cared about my house while they were working. On top of that, the price was awesome. The owner is such a nice guy and personable, which makes the experience even better. I used them last year too and they were just as amazing then, so it’s great to see that the quality and service are always consistent. I’m honestly so impressed and will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend!
