Midwest Carpet Cleaning came to our two bed/two bath condo for air duct cleaning and we were very, very impressed. Chris and Noah were very efficient and kept me informed with everything they were doing and everything they recommended for the future. Everything was kept very tidy while they were working and after they were finished I wouldn't have even known they were there since they cleaned up after themselves so well. Owner is always very kind and easy to strike conversation with. They get their job done and work hard. Overall very pleased with the service.

Both techs, Noah and Blake, were very professional and friendly. Their office called with an opening two days prior that I had to turn down, but appreciated them trying to get us early. On the day of our appointment, they were actually about 10 minutes early, which was a good sign. The techs explained the process to us and how to best deal with our pets. Overall a good experience with them. Will definitely refer them for future work.

I had been looking for a good duct-cleaning service that does not charge crazy amounts when I came across Midwest Restoration. It took only ONE call for them to answer & get a quick scheduled appointment for them to come out. Their customer service was delightful as well as the professionalism was second to none.
