had Patel do our ducts and dryer vent on the same visit which was conveinient. the dryer vent was the main thing i wanted done because it had been years and i know thats a fire risk. they pulled out a ton of buildup from the line and showed me what came out. pretty nasty. for the air ducts they hooked up some equipment and went through every vent in the house, upstairs and down. took maybe two hours for everything which felt reasonable. the guys were chill about us having a dog running around too which i appreciated because hes nosy and was right up in their business the whole time. house definitely feels fresher now. the furnace seems to be running a little quieter too but could be placebo. pricing was fair for both services done together
Our dryer was taking two or three cycles to fully dry a normal load, and I figured the vent was probably clogged up. Patel came out and pulled a ridiculous amount of lint out of the vent line. Like a full trash bag worth. The dryer works like it should now, everything dries in one cycle again. Kind of embarrassing how long we let that go before doing something about it. Glad we finally took care of it though.
Had been meaning to get the ducts cleaned for a while and finally got around to it. Looked at a couple options around La Grange and went with Patel after reading what other people said about them. Called on a Monday, they had a slot open Wednesday. The guys who came out explained everything before they started - like which vents they'd hit and what the duct treatment does. Took maybe an hour and a half for the whole thing. I noticed the air felt different that same evening, less dusty I guess. The vents themselves look way cleaner too which is a plus since a couple of them are in pretty visible spots in the living room.
dust was building up on everything no matter how much we cleaned. had the ducts done by Patel and it's way better now. not wiping down surfaces every other day anymore which is nice
They did a great job cleaning all our ducts. I though I did a good job cleaning the dryer vent less than 2 months ago with a powerful leaf blower but this is what got out of it. I definitely recommend this company.
