Precision property pros is awesome. They never skip a week without informing their customers and do great work. I think the plus for me is they handle all the leaves around my home. They 100% treat my lawn and yard as if it was their own. I would Highly recommend them for both price and quality.

Precision Property Pros worked on a large drain project on a commercial property.They worked exceptionally with our budget and requests. The work was done on time, on budget. The quality of the work is impressive and the crew was extremely polite and courteous regardless of what obstacles they were presented with while the work was done. I would definitely hire Precision Property Pros for any future projects. Highly recommended!

Called Precision Property Pros to help my aging folks with some landscaping and hard scraping around their yard. Super responsive, got us scheduled right away, price was just right, AND they did an amazing job! Their backyard is now a beautiful oasis!

Working with Justin and the Precision Property Pros team made my dream yard a reality! When I purchased my above ground pool in February 2023, I was initially overwhelmed by all the steps and requirements for my dream backyard renovation. After meeting with Justin once, I knew my project was in expert hands! Any questions or uncertainty I had were met with quick, thorough responses that made me feel valued as a customer and confident in my choice to work with Precision Property Pros. I also appreciated that everything included in the estimates were itemized, so I could easily understand the breakdown of costs. Also, I was relieved to have the option of paying a clerical fee, instead of handling permits and paperwork myself. Personally, this cost was so worth avoiding the headache!

Aside from unavoidable Chicago weather delays, my project was done very timely, and each step was well communicated. By May, my backyard was transformed into a perfect oasis with my new pool, perfect paver patio, and custom deck! After a summer of joy in my dream backyard, I was ready to start my next project with Precision Property Pros! Justin had his crews back again, this time to make my front landscaping as beautiful as the backyard. I am beyond thrilled with all of the work completed by this company, and I would strongly recommend them!

I filled out the pool installation quote online and was told I would hear from someone in a few days. It took a week and a half, Justin called to setup a survey. I was told it would be $150 for a survey to prepare a quote. I thought it was a red flag to pay for a quote but I went ahead. Justin came out the following week and said he would have an estimate to us middle of the next week. I sent a text the following week asking when we could expect the estimate as we were heading out of town and hoped to make a decision. No response. By the following weekend before our trip we reviewed other options and went with someone else as unresponsive is not a good sign from an owner. Sent an email to Precision and again, no response. If too busy for new projects, just state that initially without requiring someone pay for a survey and quote that is never sent. Our survey was 2.5 weeks ago. Very unprofessional.

We love our pool, the hardscaping, the pergola, and grill area!! Precision properties did an amazing job with working with our vision, and taking the time and patience to outline options like what it would cost to add this or that etc. They executed the stone work with great attention to detail, even taking the time to re-lay a few stones that weren't 100% perfect without us even asking them to. The pool also came out perfectly. I would highly recommend them!

Was driving home and one of the employees was snowblowing with the discharge blowing in the road throwing ice chunks and denting our van.

They do great work and prices are very reasonable.

If they landscape how they drive. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Reading these reviews, do not say yall weren’t warned.

Prices all over the place, he came to an estimate drunk and I couldn’t understand! Bad business !!!! mixing personal life with business! WILL NOT RECOMMEND

We chose Rapid Landscaping to install a paver patio in our backyard. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The project was completed on time and the workers were very courteous. They made sure that the work area was cleaned up after the project was completed. I would highly recommend Rapid Landscaping to any one looking to have an outdoor patio installed or for any other landscaping projects.

This guy cut us off on 53 then flipped us off. Super professional.

They discharged their snowblower into the street as people are driving sending snow and ice chunks down on my van denting the roof. When nicely approached to let the foreman know and get information, the owner was called who then began to call me a lier. Thankfully it’s just dents and didn’t break my windshield or sunroof but they should at least own their mistake and not discharge snow onto the street. It’s a huge safety issue and not allowed per Montgomery village guidelines.
