Scott provided fantastic service! I called and he was at my house within the hour. He fixed the problem in five minutes. He is friendly and likeable. I found him on Google and am I glad I called him. I highly recommend Scott if you need repairs.

I called Scott on a Monday afternoon and he was able to come out Tuesday afternoon. My dryer was not getting any heat and he was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in less than an hour and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

I hired Scott to repair my dryer. He arrived when he said he would and quickly fixed my issues. The cost was around what he quoted me on the phone- which I felt was reasonable. I would use service again if needed.

We needed an emergency repair…called at 9:30 am came the same day at 1 pm as promised. Scott was professional, courteous and efficient. He repaired the dryer within 1 hour which includes him running out to purchase the part needed. We would highly recommend him.

Scott came twice to our house to fix our dishwasher. Neither time fixed it and now he doesn't respond to any messages. We have texted, emailed, called, left messages on Facebook and have not received any response in about a month. He has taken several hundred dollars from us, hasn't fixed anything and now ghosted us. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON WITH YOUR BUSINESS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!

I called Scott when my washer door came apart rendering my washer unusable. He called me back very quickly. He was aware of this problem with Fridgiaire washers since they have a very heavy hinge. When I told him the age of my washer (10years old), he told me to let him look up the parts to see if it was worth fixing. He came back with a quote and said he'd be happy to fix it but given the age was unsure if it was worth it. Hard to find that kind of honesty. I recommend him and will use him for any future problems.

Highly recommend. I googled washer repair near me and the reviews are what made me call. They were right on. Scott answered the call immediately, understood the issue, asked to call me back while he located the part, called back in 10 minutes, had the part installed next day. Took him 10 minutes. Pretty unhappy with Scott. He had great communication and came out quickly to fix our failing dryer. However after he left it failed again and he would not return any of my calls or texts. Went from a five star experience to a zero. I suspect he was unsure of his work or worried I would want my money back instead of just helping us as I desired.

One of the best service calls I have had. He scheduled me for the next day and was able to arrive sooner than expected. Explained the issue, why it happened, what he needed to do to fix it and total cost. Not only did he repair the issue, he also gave us maintenance tips on making sure our washer lasted as long as possible.

Scott came in April and diagnosed problem with dryer. He said he would order a part & we did pay toward repair that day Since then, I have had ONE response in April to my inquiries about the status of the part.
It is now August 3.
I have sent texts and left a voicemail with no response. My husband really liked his demeanor when he came to our home.
We we're hoping to use him going forward. I have lost confidence. I did not want to post this but, I don't know what else to try.

Scott took my call on a Sunday afternoon, spent approx. 15 min. Discussing problem with our washing machine… suggested that we try a couple things before he came out on service call. Appt. set for next morning… Scott arrived at time that he had set… he spent an hour running machine through diagnostics, disassembling/inspecting machine. In the end, it was a suspected issue with the control board. Scott gave recommendations re: repair/replacement. He charged less than he quoted on the phone. Dependable service!

Scott was very professional. I called him yesterday and he asked if I was available. Unfortunately, I was not but we scheduled for the next day, today. He informed me what time he would arrive and when he thought he would be a bit later, he called to let me know that he was running late. But, he arrived 8 minutes later. He had the necessary part with him to repair my oven . Twenty minutes after he arrived, he was finished and my oven was working again. Very reasonably priced, too. I will definitely recommend Holland Appliance Repair.
