This company is a SCAM. They charged me $110 in advance to setup an appointment. A guy showed up in an ordinary car without any tools, glanced at my washing machine without even touching it or testing it and then left telling me that somebody will call back. He stayed for just 4 minutes and did not do anything to check what’s wrong with the machine. He refused to give me any business card. When I called again the company to complain about it, they denied even talking to me. I checked their business address and found out that is the pizza shop (Rosati’s Pizza) where I always buy my pizza. They have a BOGUS business and address. I am now trying to get my credit card company to invalidate the charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will lose your money.

I highly recommend Chicago Appliance Repair. I left a message on a Sunday and heard back same day! Omar diagnosed the issue and came out next day with the part to complete the repair. I was so grateful and will definitely use their services again.

Omar came on time, was professional and diagnosed my sub zero refrigerator/freezer problem. Checked all systems and noticed some screws that were missing. Bonus..secured a shelf for a mixer that hasn’t been attached for 8 months. He’s a gem. I’ll definitely be using Omar for all our appliance repairs and heating and cooling needs!

My GE fridge was not cooling and making an odd noise that sounded like a wolf! Gave them a call and talked Chris. He was able to come quickly and found the problem and give me a fair price on the repairs. My food was able to be chilled lickity split! Would use again! Give them a call.

Chris showed up on schedule and got right to work. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my refrigerator and provide a solution with transparent pricing.
