The hinges on our ovens were broken for months. They diagnosed it correctly over the phone on our initial call. When the manufacturer sent the wrong parts, Omar told me immediately. He kept me updated while they slowly corrected their mistake, and once they finally sent him the right parts, he scheduled us immediately and quickly fixed both ovens. It was a great experience and we'll definitely call the next time we have any issues with our appliances.

Thompson Electricals' pricing was fair which is hard to find when you have small jobs to be done. They are very helpful in suggesting which fixtures to install the get the kind of lighting you are looking for. Their staff is all very friendly and helpful. I will have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
