Called for an oven ignitor replacement. Got to us the next day, even oiled the squeaky door. Good process - confirmed the old part was broken before replacing, verified oven came up to target temperature after completing work. Competitive price. Local owner.

Chris was amazing! He came back two separate times to fix our water machine on our fridge. He is solution oriented, helpful, transparent, & very helpful! He was so kind & efficient & just great to work with. Highly recommend & will be calling them again!!

I had a great experience, as they came out to fix a fuse issue on my LG dryer. They texted me back at 9 at night after I texted my inquiry and they were out to repair in two days. Chris was on time, very friendly, and very competent. He let me know what was wrong, gave some advice for the future, and fixed the dryer promptly. I’d choose this company first going forward. Very fair, upfront either the costs, prompt, and competent.

Quick response, and our tech Chris was friendly, polite and highly skilled. From previous experience I can say that the pricing was more reasonable than work done through the manufacturer's repair service. And much easier to schedule. I will use these guys for all appliance repairs from now on.

We used them for our wolf dual range oven. Scheduling worked out great - as he lives in Darien he stopped by on his way home from the city - which worked well for me as a commuter. Very prompt and responsive from the point we reached out with symptoms (main oven stopped heating). Omar asked for model and serial number, and after looking up the parts gave us clear estimates on the service and part costs beforehand. came prepped with parts for our oven, properly diagnosed the issue (eliminated the bake element and thermostat as possible culprits) and replaced the relay board. He only charged for the parts used. Since he uses oem parts from wolf - there is a 1 yr warranty on the parts he replaces as well. Put everything back together and made sure to test both sides fully before leaving. Shoe covers when entering house - check, base board to make sure tiles are not scratched when moving oven check, down to earth and nice conversation - check, local business and resident - check. They asked relevant questions in order to prepare for the work, and helped me troubleshoot when I couldn’t find the model number. When the technician Omar arrived, he was on time, courteous, and successfully repaired the range, He carefully cleaned up afterwards. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I will use them again for sure. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience working with Omar! He came in an gave us a second opinion after we were told by another company we needed to replace our entire washer/dryer combo for $1500. Omar diagnosed the actual problem and was able to fix it with ease. He saved us a ton of money and was professional with his work and communication. We had just moved in and the Viking stove had a few problems: 2 burners weren't working, oven function knob was not centered, and the oven was overheating. Omar pinpointed the issues, explained the potential causes, and went right to work. He fixed all of the problems, and now our stove/oven works 100%! Overall communication was excellent - I was able to make an appointment within a few hours of submitting a request, Omar always came within the timeframe provided, and he called when he was 30 minutes away. Chris and Javier were great to work with! I asked them to reinstall my washer/dryer after some contractor work and repair my dryer which was squeaky and had a burning smell.
