I was unsure about hiring a maid service, but they made everything so easy. The staff was respectful and the results were far better than I expected.

The team provided excellent deep cleaning services. Every surface was spotless, and they even cleaned places most people overlook. My home felt completely refreshed afterwards.

We've tried a few house cleaning companies before, but Camill's stands out. They are always on time, polite, and does a truly professional job each visit.

We hired Camille's house cleaning before a big gathering. They clean thoroughly and quickly. Our guests even commented on how neat and fresh everything looked. great service.

    To Whome in May Concern

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with Brian Scerba during a same-day return of pavers. The interaction felt very unprofessional and left me quite frustrated.

While I understand the policy regarding restocking fees, the way the situation was handled was more concerning than the fee itself. Brian came across as frustrated and dismissive, and his approach gave the impression that he held all the authority in the situation, rather than trying to work toward a reasonable and respectful resolution. There are certainly better ways to communicate and manage returns, especially in front of others and long-standing customers.

This experience has made me question the level of customer service I can expect moving forward, despite having shopped here for quite some time.

I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to discuss this matter further. I believe constructive feedback is important, and I hope steps can be taken to improve how situations like this are managed in the future.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

I'm. In. Love. Seen this place like forever but JUST went I for the first time. Once you talk to an assistant, you realize it's a family there. These people actually LOVE and CARE for these plants. They have immense knowledge about what your best choices might be - you just ask! The entire center feels like an oasis. I literally want to live there.

I needed to replace some existing rocks in front of my house and came up short shopping at landscaping stores in the city. Lindy was phenomenal over the phone helping me figure out what type of rock and the amount needed. They gave me a 4 hour delivery window and called when they were 45 minutes out. The type of rock, amount and delivery were perfection! I highly recommend Lurvey!

LOVE it here, even if I’m not buying anything (rarely!). It soothes my soul; healthy plants, reasonable prices and great garden tools, decor, etc. Friendly helpful staff!

Large selection, I came in a rush so didn’t get to see all that they have, but definitely thinking to come back when I redo our gardens. I bought a milkweed plant and the lady at the info center was extremely helpful. They had 25% off a lot of items for end of summer sale.

My kids call this my “summer home” because I spend many weekends with my coffee in hand looking for inspiration and spending so much money. This year, though, has started off different.

After stepping in a BIG pile of dog poop inside the store—yes, really—and seeing how poorly it was handled, I let it go. It’s not the stores fault after all but the lazy negligence of a dog owner. But today’s incident brought me here.

I came to exchange a bag of perm chip that was the wrong color- the expensive kind. Michelle at customer service processed it, then told me, “drive around where they load it and Make sure you take the right color this time.” I didn’t even load it myself, no sorry for your inconvenience !? I wanted to say something, but my husband gave me that look—you know, the “don’t say a word” look—so I stayed quiet.

So here I am, writing this review. The stepping in dog shit didn’t make me do it. I still went home that day with 3 bags of perm chip. Today I had to say something. Please do better customer service.

They have a great selection of annuals, perennials and shrubs. The quality of the plants is outstanding. Kinda bummed they did away with the frequent buyers club for money off on future purchases without warning.

Friendly employees. The set up is busy and you can easily get lost among the isles of plants...but there is some one to help everywhere...was on Saturday and it was busy..Hopefully the purchased Floral arrangements last without any major issues to the ground.
    Summer has just started...

This review is for Lurvey's landscape design department and designer John Strait. The need for this service brought me to Lurvey. The center is beautiful inside out. John was very thorough with obtaining info of my garden to prepare before our meeting. He listens & patiently modified the landscape outline to accommodate my ideal plants while keeping the goal of addressing the standing water issue in mind. Efficient meeting time allotted. Peaceful meeting room. John is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I wanted to get a design for my small front lawn to eliminate the grass and plant perennials and ground cover. I know I said several times I don't want any grass, we're looking for a low maintenance yard as we're getting older and don't really want to have to mow anymore. We paid $249.00 and were told it covered the design and referrals for landscapers to do the actual ground prep and planting. We went in person to be able to see some of the actual plants and get ideas for what would be best. I wanted more colorful, long blooming low profile plants. The meeting took a little over an hour and the designer kept asking us what do you want? I kept replying we're here to get suggestions from you. If I knew a lot about plants I wouldn't need this consultation. When I got the plan 8 days later it only included about 1/3 of the yard. When I talked to the designer he didn't remember anything I said about wanting to fill the entire space, and told me " it would be a mess" if I went with ground cover and perennials for the entire yard. There are several homes on my street with this type of yard and they're not a mess. I was offered a refund which I accepted. I would suggest you be VERY clear If you do this. Prior to this meeting I had a telephone consult with another landscaping service who sent me a very expensive but clear plan for for what I wanted. I was unprepared for the level of misunderstanding about what I wanted. I wondered if we were in the same room during the conversation.

I love this place so much. Too much! I spend way too much money here. But I love the selection of plants and flowers and seeds and tools. Today I went in for some specific help in my spring gardening. I talked to Paul at Plant health. He was so wise and helpful. It’s great to work with knowledgeable service people who are very willing to assist. fingers crossed to a successful spring of growth in my garden!

How great is it that Lurvey’s has a charitable program where they donate 10% of all the sales from the organization’s members on a certain day.

We bought lots of plants and made a contribution to the Norwood Park Historical Society at the same time. Love it.

Imagine one of those quaint tourist shops in a trendy location full of overpriced baubles had a baby with Home Depot's garden department and you'd have a pretty good idea of what the Lurvey's experience was like.

They do have an impressive collection of plants and pretty much all of them looked healthy and well taken care of. Some of the staff was friendly, some acted like I was getting in their way. I found a couple of decent flowers, and though I paid a bit more for them than I may have somewhere else they are still thriving.

The line to check out wrapped throughout the building, I must have come at a rush while half of the cashiers were at lunch or something. It took longer to check out than it did to shop the expansive outdoor area.

So, if you just want the bottom line: Good stuff, but overpriced for a poor boy like me.

Have been a long time customer of Lurvey's for years. Belonged to their pond club for years as well. Since they have remodeled its even nicer for gardeners to visit. They have a great selection of flowers, shrubs, trees, lawn furniture, soil amendments, decorations for the yard, plus more. Today I came to buy a bird bath and the selection was good. I couldn't make up my mind and felt like I was buying a car, but I did buy a beautiful one. Hope the birds appreciate it.
The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Parking is plentiful but on special occasions I'd advise you to get there early. Its beautiful in the store and there's always something you will buy.
