They have completed a variety of work for us, including electrical work, appliance installations, lighting installations, and repairs. They are always responsive and courteous, and they're always willing to swing by quickly to check out issues when they're in the area for another client. They are highly skilled in their craft and have always charged us reasonable rates. We've been satisfied with all the work they’ve done for us and will continue to seek their help for any projects they are able to take on.

Faton and Zim did a fantastic job framing and building out our corner fireplace! My wife and I could not be more happy with their expertise and willingness to source materials needed to complete the build.

I could not be happier with Zim and his team! The team had worked on a few smaller projects at my home like installing new floors, painting and building a 6 foot fence in my backyard, but their work on my bathroom blew me away. Grateful and appreciative are the two words to help describe the work and effort that GC Group has done for me. From the very start the professionalism of GC Group was all there, when first brainstorming the dimensions for my deck and fence GC group was right there helping me out and providing me with ideas I had never even thought of. Throughout the entire process they kept me in the loop, making sure everything was up to my expectations. My biggest surprise is how quickly they work but also the exceptional detail they create and include in there work. From the trimming around our lower deck, to the lower steps that gives us enough room to access our garage with ease. I honestly couldn't be more satisfied with the work GC group has done for me and my family. I Highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough great things about the GC Group. First I showed Zim Maloku a mural of our dog that we had an artist paint on the barn door in our apartment. We told him we were moving and our building would charge us almost $4000 to replace the door. Well, Zim brought in two amazing painters—Daniel and Diego and they were able to remove the painting, paint the door and restore it to its original look. They saved us so much money and we are so grateful to have found this very talented group. I can’t recommend them more strongly. They are the best.

This is our first big condo renovation so we were nervous. Gezim and his team was highly recommended by a neighbor and he gave the most reasonable price among the other contractors we spoke. We couldn’t be happier with their service. They were very respectful, professional and kept the work area clean. They were accommodating to our requests and were easy to communicate. They gave us two weeks timeline and they were able to finish the job three days earlier. We were very satisfied with the end product, it’s just what we envisioned for our bathroom. We will definitely get his team back for our future condo projects.

Faton, Zim and the entire team who worked on our baths and kitchen remodel did great work ( perfectionists) kept us informed of schedules and addressed all of our asks with fair pricing. Would bring them back for more as we re imagine our basement!

We had a nightmare situation after closing when our GC left part of our project unfinished, and it was nearly impossible to find someone who truly understood the vision and could execute it properly.

Enter Michelangelo and his team…truly incredible. From the start, Michelangelo reassured me that they could get it done right, and they absolutely delivered. Vlad and Michael were beyond meticulous, coming multiple times to ensure perfect measurements, carefully matching the wood tones, and then executing a flawless install.

The final result is unbelievable. The arches match the existing wood so perfectly, you would never know they weren’t done at the same time. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and work ethic completely exceeded my expectations.

I would recommend them 10 times over. So grateful we found them.

Michealangelo and his team did a wonderful job with our bathroom remodel last year, and the final product is wonderful.

We have also used them some years back for a new kitchen countertop/backsplash, and that was also done smoothly and the countertops look like new.

My name is Nick and I am a small specialty meat and smoked fish distributor. My business has boomed during Covid and I needed a large cooler I can drive a forklift with pallets into, racking and a dock to load delivery trucks without handling the product by hand. I hired Hudson to help me figure out how to do this. You see, the small space I have does not allow me to just build however I want and I had to get permission from my landlord to create a dock. This was a big deal and after Michelangelo designed it he explained it to my landlord that this will add value to his building and convinced him to allow it and give me a break in my rent!

The team at Hudson helped me to rehab my home in order to sell and maximize profit. The first thing I would like to mention is that they are extremely detail oriented which is so important. I was giving daily updates including pictures and videos explaining exactly where we were in the project. I never felt that is was in the dark about what was goin on through the entire process.
They are also very easy to work with and helped to bring my vision to life. The final product was right on trend and exactly what I requested. I could not be happier.
When any unforeseen issues arose, which they always will, Hudson was quick to explain and address the issue, which really helped when it came to selling at the end.

We brought in Michelangelo as soon as we began negotiating the lease with this Skokie healthcare provider tenant because we knew the construction budget was going to be a major factor in them signing the lease. As advertised, Michelangelo worked with the Doctors hand in hand value engineering their project in real time to ensure construction costs could be kept as low as possible. His team provided a line item budget and gantt chart to explain the long lead times which was very helpful for the tenant. They started on time and delivered with only a 2 week delay which was caused by delayed building and fire marshall inspections because of Covid. They communicated these delays early and we had not complaints from the tenant.
I especially liked seeing their builder trend app daily logs and the progress everyone could track with the gantt chart.

Michelangelo was hands on with my project from beginning to end. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and has a great sense of style, helping pick out fixtures, tile and lighting. He is sensitive to budget as well. If he had a TV show on HGTV, I would watch it!
