Excellent service from start to finish. Shane C was friendly, arrived quickly, and already had the part needed to fix my oven, so there was no need for a second visit. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend!

This is definitely the company to use! First they were on time and gave us a heads up they were closer. More importantly though, they fixed the problem. We have had three technicians from 3 separate companies come out to help us with our Bosch dishwasher and this was the most thorough and knowledgeable by far, especially considering this was the only group to actually fix it. Shane not only fixed the problem but then did multiple checks to ensure that everything was good to go. Then he went over everything with me, explaining what he did, and what I could do in the future to prevent this from happening again. I will definitely be using them for my appliance needs in the future. In addition, if you get Shane as your technician consider yourself in good hands.

Shane was my repair consultant, here to fix our dryer, he did an awesome job. He was here till he corrected the problem. He was prepared, early, called 15 minutes before he arrived. Couldn't be happier. Thanks!

I am dissatisfied with the "repair" service I received. During the initial visit, the technician only addressed one cracked piece, which did not resolve the issue with my dryer, despite the cost of over $400. I subsequently called for another visit because the dryer was still not drying properly, only to receive an additional estimate of over $200. I would have appreciated a comprehensive estimate during the first visit, as it might have influenced my decision to purchase a new dryer rather than spending $700 on repairs. In the future, I will consider another company that provides a complete assessment upfront, allowing me to make a more informed decision.

Had a specific issue with my dishwasher and refrigerator. I knew exactly what needed to be replaced in my dishwasher, the Top rack rollers were plastic and broke. Refrigerator water dispenser was slow. I was given appointment immediately next day, charged the full amount of visit charge upfront 119 for dishwasher and 139 for refrigerator and the tech came next morning, looked at the dishwasher, gave a quote of 450 to replace rollers and frig was a valve replacement that required a plumber prework. The quote was over 600-800 on that without plumber work. So the quotes are too high. I paid 250 to them Just to tell that rollers and valve needs to be replaced.
I would not recommend. Please read all reviews on BBB and here before scheduling. You shouldn’t be surprised like I was.

I’m very happy with the service call - Daniel ( the technician ) was on time, gave me call 15 min before arriving. He was very personable, professional and talked to me about next steps , after he troubleshooted the washing machine. I’d use the co service again and ask for Daniel if he is available!

Gerardo repaired my Samsung refrigerator quickly and got me up and running faster than I had anticipated.
He made the call for parts, had them Uber'd to my place, and then installed all in within about 2 hours. He explained the problem, what was needed, what the price was, and how quick he could get it done. There were no surprises or shocks! He was a great guy, and his service was top notch! Thanks

Our technician was Daniil T. He was fantastic! He was thorough, careful and very polite as he explained very clearly everything he did. We actually didn't pay anything as it was a warranty issue. The company communicated very well in scheduling the visit. They also alerted us as to when he was on the way and would arrive. I recommend this company very highly.

My Dacor double ovens would no longer heat up. I call Unique Repair Services. They were able to send someone the next day. Gerardo arrived on time. He was very nice and easy to talk with. He replaced a circuit board in my Dacor double ovens. The ovens had to be pulled out of the wall to get to the circuit board. He was able to replace the board with one I had remanufactured. (Since Dacor no longer carried the part.) He took pictures of all the dozens of connections before he removed it. He reconnected everything surprisingly fast. He tested the new part and the ovens now work correctly and heated to temperature. He reassembled the oven and we were set.

Technician Gerardo was absolutely fantastic! He repaired our LG washer quickly and professionally, explained exactly what was wrong and what he fixed, and answered all of our questions. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and right on time. Everything was done fast and flawlessly. Truly 5-star service highly recommend Gerardo!

Gerardo was knowledgeable, polite and fast. Took time to explain to us the process/cycle that the stove goes thru to work. Also took time to explain how the burner caps on the stove top should be positioned so that it could light and work properly. Thanks! 👍🏾 Hoping we won't have to have this stupid Frigidaire stove serviced again.

UNTRUSTWORTHY — WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
If I could give zero stars, I would. During an LG fridge repair, the technician left visible scratches on my newly installed hardwood floors. The scratches match the exact path where the fridge was moved. I documented everything and sent clear photos to the company.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company initially stopped responding and had to call several times to get an answer. When I finally got a hold of someone they dismissed the damage and sent photos that did not reflect the condition of my floors after the service. Despite the evidence I provided, they refused to address the issue and instead tried to gaslight me sending me a photo that doesn’t show a close up of the floor.

LG hired this company to do the repair and I deeply regret it and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Save yourself the frustration—choose a service provider that stands behind their work.

Daniil T. from Unique Repair Services, fixed our Samsung washing machine. It was under warranty so our repair was covered. Daniil was very friendly and very knowledgable about the repair needed. We haven't been able to really put it to the test yet; however, when Daniil was still here after the repair, we put it on the spin cycle and the noise it once made was gone! So he did a Great Job!! We would definitely call upon this service company again if needed in the future. 👍 Thankyou.

Gerardo was a good customer service very good experience explain a lot of things that I didn't know about my washer. It was a pleasure having him here two times. I am so happy that he came the second time and put my washer door on for me He was very helpful. Every question I asks, he explained it to me. Very good service. Very good experience. We used Unique Repair Services for our 6 year old LG washer. We had the repair technician, Miquel, to our home 4 times! First time to “diagnose the problem” and determine model # of the machine, second time to install the part needed, per the previous visit determination, only to have the wrong part ordered by Unique Repair Services. Third visit was to install the correct part, but the agitator bolt was never screwed in place, and a fourth visit was requested, since the technician didn’t complete the repair the third time. Needless to say, during these visits, a lot of screeching power drill noises were heard, and technician admitted having problems with the repair. After these visits fourth visit, machine agitator no longer held tight in the bottom of the washer, AND the original grinding sound under the machine was still present. We paid almost $500, and asked for them to remove & return the part they provided and for a refund, but since we signed the service release, they would not refund anything. Beware, I would not use this repair service. If I could leave 1/2 a star, I would consider that a generous review. Also, asked for the business owners name repeatedly, during the last phone call with the receptionist, and she only responded with “it’s on our website”. Very poor customer SERVICE company.
