Before compressor replacement on our 10+ years old fridge - I told Ali we're deciding if it's worth it to replace & he remained silent- instead doing the right thing & sharing his experience that these are practically irreparable once the compressor goes out. About 6 months later after we gave him $1020 for the repair - we had to toss the fridge to trash and buy a new one. All of this could have been prevented if Ali would have shown he cared about the customer vs. his pocket.

They came the next day I called. They unhooked the broken dishwasher and installed a new one. Very efficient and great work ethic. Kind and respectful. Will recommend to others.

Ali was so fast, kind, and explained everything that was getting fixed. So grateful for his help! If anything breaks Appliance related in the future, I will be calling him first. Thanks!

I called for service at 7:15 am and Ali was at my house to service my dryer at 9 am. He was excellent. I would highly recommend him to repair your appliances.

Ali was great. Our oven went out the morning of Thanksgiving. We thought it was 1 board with an easy replacement but that was not the case. Ali was able to get the part needed within 2 days and came and repaired it within 45 mins the oven was back on to working.
Will be calling him for any future repairs we may need!

Amazing service. Ali has fixed two of our appliances/ dishwasher and stove. In both situations, he called back immediately, visited in the same day and fixed the issue in no time! He’s my go to guy for repairs, skip the big boys wheeler they tell you it will be two weeks before they can come.

Very satisfied with the work! He repaired the boiler and dryer everything runs like new. He even took the initiative to do some extra cleaning without being asked. Works carefully and responsibly. Highly recommend!

Manny was awesome! Came the same day and ordered the parts needed for my oven repair while he was still here. When he found out one of the parts wouldn’t come in time for the holidays, he was sure to communicate and made sure to get here to do half of the repair until the other part arrived so I would have a semi functioning oven. He followed up and was super respectful.

Very impressed with service we received from Manny! I called for an appointment and he was able to come in about 25 minutes! He was very courteous and professional. He explained what needed to be done.
Hopefully we won’t need him again soon, but if we need appliances repaired, I will definitely use him again!
