I can’t say enough about Manny! Our 9 year old washing machine shut down during a wash cycle and the only light on the panel was “door locked” and a flashing error message that prevented any further operation - a washer full of wet clothes in a pool of water. Calling Maytag’s customer support was useless. After a Google search I selected Manny because he had stellar reviews and was in our area.

This was mid-day Friday before the Labor Day weekend. But when I called Manny and explained the issue, he came within an hour. He quickly and expertly hit the dials that diagnosed the issue, pulled the unit from the wall and dissembled it. The problem was a bad pump. He didn’t have the specific model on his truck, so at 9am the next morning he showed up and installed a new one that got the unit back on track. He also removed the wet clothes from our washer in a bucket and placed them in the drain. Additionally Manny wet-vacuumed the remaining washer water and poured it down an outside drain. That’s what I call “full service.”

His price was quite reasonable - about HALF what ABT (where we had purchased it) quoted us with nobody available to come out until mid next week! This pro really knows appliances and will be our go-to for all future projects. Very highly recommended!

I’ve called Manny a couple of times to fix a refrigerator. He’s always on the job and repaired consistently on point. He’s very efficient. He has to order the parts after diagnostics and tells you exactly how much it’s going to cost. I don‘t even have to be there, just tell him the location have someone open the door for him to handle the job. I appreciate his workmanship and anyone will benefit from his services.

We used Manny and Peter’s services for the first time. We called them to repair a loud noise that our Maytag Neptune washing machine was making in the final spin cycle.

They replaced the tub bearings and the lip seal. It was a difficult job that required several hours of work. My wife and I were very pleased with the work they did.

We now have a “like new” front load washing machine at a significantly lower cost than a brand new washer that we priced before having Manny do the repair work.

Our Maytag washing machine has an error code of F01 E03 since yesterday and the door has been locked for a long time even though we have reset it. Found Manny online with 5-stars reviews, called him and he is able to come today (Saturday) to diagnose the issue and fix it with a reasonable price! We are glad that our washing machine is fixed and we are able to wash our clothes again. Thank you, Manny

9/17/2025 We called Manny again for our washer issue, he came on time and identified the main issue with the washer pump. He quickly got a new pump for our washer and fixed it today. Thanks Manny for your professional service! You are awesome!

Manny was very kind and responsive and was able to make an appointment to have my oven burner fixed within a day. He also initially tried to save me money on the repair by starting with one issue (temp control) to avoid replacing the burner coil. After realizing more was needed he contacted me and returned the day after the part came in, completing the repair without charging additional labor even though it was additional time.

Highly recommend for appliance repair.
