I've had Ronnie come out on a few different occasions for different appliances. He's very responsive and knowledgeable.

UAS fixed my dead freezer about a year ago and did a good, prompt job. No problems since the repair.

They would be my first contact if I needed anything repaired again . Ronnie was very fair, professional, and fully explained things to me.

They came and charged me for a repair estimate. Then I agreed to have them repair my kitchen exhaust fan but no reply back. I called 2-3 separate days.

I'd give less stars if I could they charged me for a visit, and then the guy shows up and says he needs a special tool. Mind you I sent model number and photo's to them before they came so I was shocked he came back with this response...4 weeks later several calls in and I'm yet to recieve a call back. These guys are scam artist...run dont walk to the next company. June and July of 2018

I called them Ssturday morning, my dryer went out they came by 25mins later, found the problem, and fixed it right away. Great customer service, reasonable price. Will definitely call them with any problems we have in the future.

I was forwarded by online refrigerator service to them. The first day, they said the refrigerator compressor needs to be replaced, I said “ok, do it”. $ 425 dollars paid. 10 days later, the freezer is not working. It was working before this fix. I called them again, and was told the cooling system needs to be replaced. I said “ ok, how much?” They said “ another $300”. I said “ ok, do it”. Then, I was told the part is not available, they need to order it, I said “ ok, when do you think you come back to fix it? Since then, I tried to call + text message, no response... not sure how such service company existed, but for new customers? Don’t even try...

My experience with Ronnie indicated that he is kind, competent, and quick. he fixed my fridge and was very attentive and his fix proves his expertise. can't go wrong with ronnie.

This company exceeded my expectations when we needed to get our dishwasher fixed. They took their time to explain what they were doing, why it was being done, and what they hoped to solve. They were easy to work with and their pricing is fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone else needing repair services.

I hired the guy to come and fix the refrigerator on 10-28-2017. He mentioned his service fee is $49. After work he charged me $160 saying there were other things that was not working and it was the charges for the parts. Though he did not show me what parts he replaced, nor did I see him replacing anything. After 10 days refrigerator was not fixed and it was leaking water. So, I called and made appointment for 11-11-2017. Send him a text and received confirmation that he will come to fix. On the day of the appointment, 30 mins before, I just wanted to send him a reminder text about the appointment. But instead he lies to me that he called and left message that he can not make it. It seems like he is not willing to honor the 60 days warranty of his work. So, went back and forth discussing the issue but he says he took other appointments for service cancelling my appointment without notice. I would not recommend them at all since their work performance is below average or they do not even know what they are doing and they do not maintain appointment. Over all caused me enough headache since this is a rental place.

Ronnie - (owner) answered my call when I called (huge win right there), promptly scheduled a day & time to come look at my washing machine that had stopped working. Had a mask on, was on time, fixed the machine for a fair price, it was a great transaction. Now I have an appliance repair man I can trust. I'll be referring United Appliance Repair to friends.

We contacted this company to fix our refrigerator. As soon as he saw that it was samsung he has been bashing the company saying those refrigerator don't work. He attempted to fix the problem and just made it worse. Not only did he ruin the refrigerator completely he refuses to give a refund. He says that he fixed half the problem which was the freezer. After a week that doesn't work either. He never shows up on time. And has horrible customer service skills. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you don't want to waste your money find a different company of buy a new refrigerator.

They visited my home 2 weeks ago (7/24/17) to fix a dishwasher. The gentleman indicated a part was needed and it would take 2 to 4 days to receive it. Well, I called a week after that initail appointment and left a message asking for an update. No one called me back. I called this morning ( 8/4/17) and the gentleman that answered stated that he would look into the status of the part and call me back. Not hearing anything for 2+ hours, I called back and was greeted with a full voicemail system. I hope they didn't order the part because I intend on working with a different, more responsive company.

On Saturday, September 1st (Labor Day Weekend) my refrigerator stop cooling. I made 5 phone calls to repair companies, two of which were referred to me by family. United appliance was the only one to call me on that holiday weekend and they made time to come to my place at 6pm that Saturday night to inspect my refrigerator. They were able to make a temporary fix as the part needed to be ordered. It worked well enough until they could come on Tuesday to install the replacement part. That day I received calls from 3 of the other companies saying how they were closed for the holiday. I will always use United Appliance moving forward for their quick response and very fair billing.

In the middle of the afternoon we called United Appliance Service to finish some prior work in our kitchen. The dishwasher we had removed needed to be re-installed. (Since the *previous company,* from *Northbrook,* that removed the dishwasher was negligent & caused damage to our kitchen floors, we would not invite them back into our home under any circumstance.)
Ronnie and his assistant are nearby in Des Plaines, so I’m happy to support a local business. They were on site within 2 hours of calling them with our request to re-install our dishwasher. They knew exactly what to do and how to do the job. They took extra care to protect our brand new floors, explained everything they were doing as they did it and as a bonus, I learned about the task. They tested the system twice for leaks, which there were none. They charged a fair price and did very good work. Ronnie and his assistant earned my highest recommendation and my trust!

Two good experiences with Ronnie. He helped me a few years ago and I saved his number. When I had a new dishwasher issue he came next day yo fix for a reasonable price. Friendly guy, will hire again.

I called United to repair my dryer which stop heating up and they were able to schedule right away for next day. They charge to come out and give a quote but the price was reasonable. The costs for the quote is credited back if you decide to have them make the repair. I had them make the repair and they were very professional and respectful.
