I thought our washer is going to trash , at least thats what other repair shops said to me , but this guy made it work ! He was On time and polite, Asset informed me of what he was going to do to solve my problem, answered my questions clearly, diagnosed problem, gave me a quote and because he had the part I needed for the repair in his truck, he repaired my washer right then and I was able to use it immediately. It was just what I wanted to happen. Thank you, Asset!

He diagnosed the problem by listening to the dryer, fixed it, and cleaned it out with a vacuum before putting it back together. Very friendly and professional. Definitely would call him again!
