My KitchenAid dishwasher had a couple issues. But Asset kept swinging by and getting the issues fixed. From beginning to end the process was easy and the people were great!

Great job. Asset is the man. He arrived in 10mins or less each time. And and 20mins repair for my serious problem. Professionalism is his specialty. I recommend him if you need a quick stress free repair! Seriously

I had my dryer taken apart for maintenance and inspection, and I’m really impressed with the service. Everything was handled with care — the inside of the dryer was thoroughly cleaned, the belt and rollers were checked, and all key components were inspected. They took the time to explain what was being done and why it was important. You can tell they know what they’re doing.

Called Main first th thing this morning, as my freezer was thawing all of my food. They answered the phone promptly and had a technician over to my house and just a couple of hours! They were extremely easy to work with and very reasonably priced, and the technician was awesome. It turned out that I had a friend that was 13 years old and he gave me all of my options, and was willing to fix it, but after ordering all the parts I made the decision to order a new one. However, any other appliances that I have problems with the house I will call them immediately as they are courteous, super prompt, and very, very reliable. If you need something fixed in a hurry, or you need a refrigerator or any appliance, give them a call and I’m sure they’ll take great care of you.

I called and “Asset”, the owner/tech, arranged for an appointment the next day. Unfortunately, my dishwasher needed a part that had to be ordered. He tried one place and then another because the first place was priced too high. Very budget conscious. Part was not supposed to come in for several days which delayed the repair. He sent me the tracking number so we could set up the next appointment the following week. Turns out the part came in early, he called me today, asked if he could come over and completed the job four days ahead of schedule!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Aset this morning..my oven, all of a sudden, stopped fully igniting and would not reach any preset temperature. I called to set an appointment on Monday, and Aset was here the very next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a compatible part in stock..within the hour my oven was working perfectly again. He was incredibly professional and his prices were very reasonable. So much so, that I also asked for a quote to repair one of my stovetop burners (that repair isn't urgent but I'd still like to have it professionally resolved) and I'll be reaching back out next month to have that repaired as well. We really had a wonderful experience working with Aset. If you are looking for a true professional for any appliance repair, I'm confident that you'll have a great experience as well. PS-Aset took a video of my new igniter, but for some reason Google Photos wouldn't attach it to my review, so I'm including a few screenshots of said vid to illustrate how well my oven is working now.
