My experience with the repair of my stove went smoothly. The company as well as the Technician sent to my home communicated very well. When the technician was on his way to our home, he sent a text saying he was about ten minutes away. When he arrived, he introduced himself and the company he was with. Upon entering our home he went to put shoe protectors on but I said that wasn’t necessary. I took him to our Kitchen and he began the repair immediately. The repair went smoothly as did his testing to confirm that the repair eliminated the issue He cleaned the work area and pulled out his tablet and when finished, asked me to sign in two places. The entire process from beginning to end went smoothly and I would not think twice about using this company in the future if the need arises. Great job Nate.

I had a poor experience scheduling with Unique Repair Services. First, the day before my fridge repair appointment (3 weeks after it was scheduled - the earliest time they had available) they cancelled because they had not received the part. After back and forth with LG (who said all parts had been delivered), Unique Repair admitted they hadn’t processed one of the parts yet, and even though they could do it the next day, pushed our appointment to a week later. Finally, after our appointment finally occurred, the technician left our wood floors completely covered in snow/ice melt. These photos are AFTER mopping and using hardwood floor cleaner 3+ times. I understand the conditions outside were challenging that day, but after dealing with no refrigerator for a month, it was frustrating to have to deal with additional cleanup. The fridge leveling feet were also not screwed in completely after the repair was completed.

Had issues with my Zline dual fuel unit. Unique was willing to service it when others were not.

This company came to fix my dryer in record time. Found the issue in record time and although they didn't have the part that was needed the person came back the same day and out in the part and my dryer was fixed. They also cleaned up very well. I would use them again for sure.

I had problem with my cooking range three months ago. After calling 2/3 places I called Ali. He was prompt to visit us, explained the issue straight forward, quoted fair price and fixed the issue. Even after three months things are working nicely and I have no issue. I highly recommend Ali.

Such a great experience! Professional… kind….and knowledgeable. Came out the next day and fixed what turned out to be a very minor issue and charged honestly. Didn’t do more than what was needed which I appreciate! Also very helpful via text to help with another issue I overconfidently thought I could do myself and he walked me through how to solve. I tried to call two highest recommended companies before I called Ali, both companies were not as professional as him one located in Park Ridge didn't even call me back after I left a message, the other seemed like it was answered from outside the country who couldn't even accept my repair request because their system was down..
Ali is very professional, accepted my job right away (when you call you talk to the technician not the person from the office) after exchanging his phone number with my tenant ,he called me back with the quote and after my approval he completed repair quickly.

His pricing is very reasonable!

If someone has a 1k, 5 star reviews it doesn't mean his costumer service is better than of those with 100 , 5 star reviews, so please consider to give a try for a smaller companies like Ali's too.

Fridge stopped working. Was scared I was going to lose all my food. Called Ali. An hour later he was here. 30min later the fridge was fixed. $290 out the door and he explained what he did (replaced the fan). Grateful satisfied customer!

Ali has done work on our aging oven a couple of times of the years. He is prompt, responsive and does good work. He’s friendly and always does his best to fit the client in. Would definitely recommend his services.
