Reviews of local pros in Des Plaines, Illinois

I used this company on a referral from a close friend. This guy Danny came by to replace my old leaking faucet with a new touch faucet. The guy called and said he could be over my house in about an hour and sure enough he was right on time. He replaced it in a matter of minutes. Great plumber. He was so reasonably priced and could feel his honesty. I will call him anytime I need anything fixed around the house.

Danny was great with quick follow up, showed up on time and did a nice job replacing faucets in our primary suite. Excellent pricing too!

Danny and his team are amazing! I have used them for multiple home projects and they’ve always exceeded my expectations. Solid clean jobs, all the time. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Danny and I couldn’t be happier. The whole process was seamless and he was extremely knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem we were having and fixed it in no time! I highly recommend!

Great company! needed to change my mother’s bathroom single vanity to a double vanity sink so I called them up and they got the job done within the day. Job was done before the vanity was delivered just in time to be installed . Great service and Communication will definitely use them for future work.

Had a horrific smell coming from basement and found bathtub full of sewage. I was referred to Narsso and they were to my building by end of day. Minimum price was discussed on initial call and was made aware asap of scope of work. The crew was professional, confident, and did their work exactly as planned. Highly recommended.
Afterwards, I was given a suggestion to avoid this issue in the future. Very helpful.

When my water heater burst, it was a disaster. I called around, and Narsso was the only company that could get someone out immediately. Honestly, I was expecting to get gouged, given the emergency. But they were completely professional, fixed the problem quickly, and their pricing was totally fair. They turned a nightmare situation into something manageable. I won't hesitate to call them again.

I called 3 different plumbers before I received the referral for Danny’s company. I was well informed of the issue, quoted a very reasonable price and the workers were nothing less than professional. The guys explained what they did and answered any questions/concerns I had. I highly recommend this company for ALL plumbing needs🙏🏽🙌🏽

We were very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by Narsso plumbing and construction throughout our home renovation project. They were excellent at communicating updates and always willing to address any concerns we had. The team at Narsso construction was incredibly efficient and delivered everything on time and within budget. We would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing construction company.

I have known Narsso for along time and I always trust them to handle asap and handle it right the first time! How many owners are hands on, C'mon that says it all. 😎

Dear Narsso Construction and Plumbing Team,

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Danny and his team. We initially reached out to Narsso Construction and Plumbing due to a plumbing issue, and Danny promptly responded, arriving the next day on time—something that's rare with contractors. He was thorough in assessing the problem and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the proposed solution.

Danny's professionalism, along with his reasonable pricing, made it an easy decision to hire him for the job. I had also heard great things about Narsso from friends in Skokie, which gave me added confidence in moving forward.

The work was scheduled for just two days later, and once again, Danny and his crew arrived right on time. They not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond in ensuring everything was done to perfection.

Thank you again for your outstanding work. You and your team are truly amazing, and I will certainly recommend your services to others.

Sincerely,
Daniel Kivarkis

I recently had the pleasure of working with Narsso Construction for the installation of a whole house water heater, and I couldn't be more satisfied! Danny, the technician who came to my home, was not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable.

He took the time to explain the entire process to me, educating me on the benefits of the new system. I appreciated how he went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything without feeling overwhelmed.

The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden costs, which I found refreshing. The installation was completed in a timely manner.

I highly recommend Narsso Construction for any plumbing needs, and especially if you get Danny as your technician! Thank you for an excellent experience!

I’ve shopped around and their prices are also really competitive. Can’t go wrong with this company. I will definitely be using them in the future and have already referred them to friends and family ;)

We'll definitely call Lukasz again. Knowledgeable and quick turnaround. Thanks.

Lukas and Chris were awesome and helped us fix two plumbing issues (a clogged drain and an issue with our tub hand spray). They were super fast!

Lucas and team were super responsive and professional. I had two repairs I needed to have completed as well as adding water shutoff valves to avoid freezing pipes. They can within a week, provided a simple quote, and I was on the schedule the following week. The crew was here for less than 2 hours and the work was completed to my expectations.
