Supporting family-owned businesses is a personal priority for me. I found this company through Google and relied on the reviews to guide my decision. I believe family-run companies listen to their customers, care deeply, and take pride and integrity in their work and the way they serve their community. It’s not always easy to manage customer expectations, but in my experience they were understanding, responsive, and took the time to explain things when they weren’t clear to me. They were reasonable throughout the process — and I truly appreciated that partnership. I wish them all the best and will be a return customer (hopefully not for a long time, ha!).

We have been using Green Tech Plumbing for a while and continue to be pleased with their work. Their plumbers are knowledgeable, courteous and always upfront about costs. Most recently, we had a problem with our toilet which Ceaser came to fix. Ceaser examined the issue and clearly explained our options and the costs and advantages/disadvantages of each. In the end, we were able to make an informed decision on our course of action and were very pleased with the results.

I used GreenTech for an emergency repair on a gas line once and felt like they did a very fair rate and perfect job.
Since that day, I’ve used them for a kitchen remodel and new hot water tank install.
I feel very lucky that we have a plumbing company like this one, great people and great service.
Nick did the hot water heater and his knowledge is very impressive, he is able to almost scientifically explain everything down to a level that makes sense.

Green tech was able to come out the next day for my clogged kitchen sink. Kyle was amazing! He was so kind and explained everything. Very knowledgeable. He also was determined to clean up after himself even though I told him I would take care of it! Highly recommend!

I recently had Green Tech Plumbing out to install a new sump pump and backup system, and I wanted to share a balanced review after reflecting on the experience.
The plumber who came to my home was outstanding; he was knowledgeable, selected the right check valves, and executed the installation flawlessly. The technical work was impeccable, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the sump pump setup. I’m truly glad I selected this company for the job itself.
However, my overall experience fell short in a few areas, particularly around communication, pricing, and customer service from the office. The pricing seemed quite high compared to my expectations, and I wasn’t provided with clear upfront information about all aspects of the service. For instance, I ended up registering the pumps for warranty myself, only to later realize that the company actually handles that process, but this was never communicated to me during scheduling, quoting, or the installation.
The office staff interactions also weren’t the most pleasant or proactive, which added to my frustration. The plumber was professional and friendly on site, but it’s unfair to expect him to fill in those communication gaps from the office side.
In summary, Green Tech delivers excellent fieldwork, but potential customers should ask lots of detailed questions in advance about pricing, what’s fully included in the service, and any steps (like warranty registration) that they manage on your behalf. Greater transparency from the office would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

Mike from Green Tech Plumbing came out on short notice to replace my leaking water heater. He was quick, professional, and efficient. The quality of his work was excellent. This almost became an emergency, as I didn’t know how long it had been leaking and needed it replaced right away. I highly recommend Green Tech and would use them again. Ask for Mike the Plumber!

We will never go to any other plumber. They are the best. They got here much faster than we thought we would be able to get a plumber out here. We were terrified what the cost would be, considering there was more involved than we originally thought. But the charge was incredibly reasonable and affordable. I accidentally wrote their check on an old checkbook which wasn’t the right account. They were very understanding and let us find the right account checkbook and bring in the correct check. They were patient and kind. When we are ready to put a new faucet in the kitchen, they are who we are going to. (And I will make sure I’m using the right checkbook) We feel we will always be able to trust them. My husband felt very comfortable and relaxed with Green Tech. If you need a plumber, go to them. Don’t mess around with anyone else.

Woke up this morning with my sump pump alarm going off at 5am. Checked the power and pump were on but no water being ejected into the yard. Low and behold the above ground discharge pipe was frozen which caused the pump to alarm. Green Tech Plumbing was called at 6:30a, they arrived at 7:45a and proceeded to cut the existing pipe and installed a temporary line that I will reroute in the spring. Fast, efficient and resonably priced. By 9a they were gone and pump is discharging as designed.

Green Tech service is excellent. Their tech was very polite and quite knowledgeable. He gave me regular updates as some repairs took some additional work and took some time. But the work was completed to my complete satisfaction.
Also their rates are reasonable too.
