Jeff did an amazing job building a room in our basement, painted the majority of the interior of our house and hung and painted our front door. He has done other work for us as well. He is very professional, does quality work and is reasonably priced. I can’t say enough good things about Accent Home Improvement. Would highly recommend.

Hoffman bros. Appliance repair team did a fantastic job troubleshooting and repairing our refrigerator ice maker, especially Louis and Amanda. Navigating some of the diagnostic tests to identify the problem component was a challenge but they were diligent and able to finally find and fix what was needed. The pricing was also very fair, with no additional diagnostic fees or costs associated with the need for additional troubleshooting. Thank you!

Charged a whopping service call amount just to look at an appliance that the service person couldn’t repair, although he barely tried. Totally discouraged by the unnecessary fees Hoffmann Brothers charges for everything - service calls, maintenance program, repairs - and the lack of satisfaction. Too overpriced for poor service. Never again!! Much happier with other companies. Too bad, you used to be reasonable.with quality service.

John did a very professional job as have all of the technicians that have worked on my house. He was quick and careful. As someone who spent their working life in the building trades, I appreciate seeing a job well done. I will be moving to Festus in a couple of months and was very happy to hear that Hoffman Bros. will be available to work on my next house as well. Thank you and your whole team. Pete.

Louis is friendly & very knowledgeable. Rather than recommending that you replace your appliance (the fast & easy answer these days) Louis desires to fix the issue. I’ve enjoyed working with Louis & will absolutely call Hoffman in the future

We had the worst service at St. Louis Appliance Repair. They ruined our Thermador refrigerator while trying to repair it. Went back and forth for an year! Owner wouldn’t answer calls etc. Kurt from Hoffman Bros came in and said this is a huge job but I’m here so we can do it. Four hours later he fixed what the other company had ruined and refused to be accountable. Awesome job!!!!

Easy to schedule. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest tech (Jacob) who was precisely on time. Hourly rate of $275 (not quoted to me ahead of time by the auto scheduler) strikes me as steep but I don't have a frame of reference and I didn't end up requiring hourly work.

Joseph did a great job and was very friendly. They inspected the washing machine and diagnosed the issue. Joseph provided an estimate for repairs and for comparison to replace the entire unit. There was no sales pressure and the call out fee was reasonable.

Casey was terrific! He told me what he was doing before and after he did it, he cleaned up before and after he did his work. He showed me how to use my new Appliance. Even cleaned out the dryer lid from the exhaust pipe. I couldn’t have asked for more.😀

Louis was VERY professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the cause of my oven failing to heat and showed me what needed to be done to repair it. I appreciate him fixing my oven just in time for the holiday season.

Don, the appliance repairman who helped us was great. Polite, efficient, seemed very knowledgeable and explained the options clearly. Hoffman's phone scheduling system was easy and effective and they got us on the calendar for only a few days out.

Ethan did an extensive search determining why the water wasn’t coming into dishwasher. It was the pump and a certain clip that wasn’t working. Parts had to be ordered. They returned and did a great job jn replacing the part. Checked out and is now working perfectly. Ethan was very polite, professional and explained everything he did.

Service agent was wonderful, very good representative for your company. So far work is good. Garbage disposal way overpriced. $450 just the part. Response time was reasonable.

Easy scheduling an appointment even during Winter Storm Fern. Bobby quickly assessed and diagnosed my furnace and thankfully, I just needed a good cleaning. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful!
