Adam did well. Although he wasn’t able to repair the dryer, he explained our options in detail. We’ve decided to look for a reliable used one before considering something new. Adam offered solid guidance on what to look for regardless of which route we take. It ended up being a bit of an expensive lesson, but nothing seems inexpensive anymore, and his suggestions were genuinely helpful.

My experience with Ryan on Wednesday 11/5/25, was one of the best experiences I've ever had with Hoffman. I always have a great experience with Hoffman, but Ryan was exceptional. He reviewed my issues before coming and he came 100 percent prepared. He was knowledgeable, smart, professional and customer service oriented. He even instructed me on how to properly close my Dryer door going forward. 5 out of 5 Stars for Ryan.

This is how he fixed my ice dispenser- shoved a dish rag in it! Supposedly temporary fix- how did he quote me a $356. Price when he didn’t take it apart to see the actual reason the chute door is not closing? He plans to replace the whole system- from what I have read it could be just be a $12 spring has broken !! Not too sure about this!

Joseph came out and was promptly here on time. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was very helpful to explain everything very clearly and was professional. Joseph is one of those techs that knows what he is doing and has fun with his work. Our conversations while he worked were great and he kept the whole experience lighthearted. I will specifically ask for Joseph next time I need a tech out at my house.

The service technician, Adam, was excellent. He was polite, on time, and listened to everything I had to say. He then was quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue. He is a credit to Hoffman brothers and I will be using thier services again, not only for appliance repair but for any of the other things I need fixed that they cover. I can recommend them enough.

Austin successfully diagnosed the issue. He confirmed the price with me before proceeding. He got the appropriate parts ordered to repair our washer. While I hoped the parts would arrive sooner, as soon as they arrived an appointment was scheduled to complete the repair.
Austin was professional, communicated the process clearly and completed the repair quickly. He tested the system and everything worked perfectly well. He made sure that the area was clean and the job was done properly before he left.

Unfortunately Jeremy wasn't able to find where my leak was coming from (everything looks fine on my washer) but instead of trying to guess and spend my money on useless repairs he told me straight up. I appreciated that, not every repairman is like that. He did say the spline on my machine was starting to crack and while it still has a good amount of life in it, eventually it will give out and then gave us a couple recommendations and some good spots to get them from, while also telling us that we could always email and get price comparisons on any models to make sure we're getting the best value.

Service was professional and easy to schedule. Austin communicated about what he was doing to repair my dryer. A part was ordered and a follow-up appointment scheduled!
The cost for this service was almost $650. Almost as much as I paid for my dryer!! Do better with that Hoffman! Times are tough for people and not applying the service fee to the bill is outdated and dishonest.

Hoffman texted me back immediately when we had an air conditioning problem. The next morning a worker came out and said we would need a part. He said he would order part early on Monday, and would arrange for them to come back around. Great service.

Our HVAC units were old and needed to be repaced. We talked with Project Manager Joel Line and he showed us what was available and the options and prices that would fit our budget. He did an excellent comparison between appliance choices and convinced us what would work best for our home and our budget, and Hoffman Brothers offered their own financing that definitely
helped to make our decision easier. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome and will continue to recommend Hoffman Brothers to our friends and family.

Jeremy was very professional and delivered great customer service. He took his time assessing the repair that was needed, explained everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. He was able to repair the same day and did it really efficiently. We are impressed how smooth the interaction was and how respectful he was of our home.

He also made friends with our cat, which was an added bonus! Recommend this company because they deliver on what they say. Never used them before and went off reviews, and was not disappointed. We’ll be using them again.

I cannot say enough how wonderful the team at Hoffmann Brothers was. We have a unique range from Italy that wasn’t working properly, and these guys didn’t give up until they solved the problem (I’m pretty sure I met half the team over the course of 3 different visits). Absolutely loved every one of the guys that were sent to my home. Thanks for not giving up on our oven! Shout out to Justin, Louie and Adam!

They showed up on time and did the first most important part of the job. Replaced sewer trap with new 6” T . Cold day didn’t matter to these hardworking guys! Thank you!

My family has been doing business with Kent and David for close to 20 years. Lizotte is one of the most experienced names in town. They're NOT a new, high volume megachain that's just looking for a profit (you probably see those kinds of ads all the time, how do you think they afford all that?) What they ARE is professional, experienced, detail oriented and genuinely approachable. Lizotte is a genuine sheet metal shop as well, been in the industry a LONG time and have custom work and one-off stuff well handled. In edwardsville, there's only one HVAC shop like this.

I love Lizotte. They are always punctual and friendly. They do good work, fast and they are reasonably priced. I won't go anywhere else for hvac help.
