I had an entirely new heating and cooling system installed in our home by Peter's. They have a knowledgeable and professional staff who know what they are doing. They always arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves every day. I couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend them highly.

Outstanding company from installers to owners. Extremely fair pricing and beat competitors bids. Service after the sale is fantastic. Not only have they helped us but have now become our family's HVAC company too.

we live in a retirement community, and our maintenance people were unable to fix our furnace when it stopped working. they called Peters HVAC, and the response was incredibly swift. it was also very good. our repairman, Eric, found the problems and dealt with them--and a few others--quickly and very competently. in our small house, his presence was not intrusive; he concentrated on his work, something which we appreciated for many reasons.

when he was done, we chatted for a bit and exchanged some pictures of our families. he is a very nice man, extremely responsive and friendly. but most importantly, he knows what he is doing when it comes to fixing furnaces, and he does his job quickly and well.

i was very happy with the quick response from the company and even happier with Eric's competence and knowledge. and now we have heat! thanks to everyone for that.

I did a lot of research when it was time to replace our original HVAC equipment, and settled on Peters after talking with a very experienced and reputable custom home builder in the GlenEd area. Peters provided very competitive pricing, a very tidy, professional installation and very knowledgeable technicians with a solid work ethic and attention to detail. The overall experience and end result were excellent. I chose wisely, and I highly recommend them.

Staff came late at night to inspect my furnace and problem was diagnosed correctly the first time. Although the part was not available, the staff got my furnace going on temporary basis while part became available. It's been fixed and furnace is working great. Prices are very competitive.

While I did not receive or use their services for heating and air conditioning, however, you had 2 repairmen driving a GMC/chevy regular cab with your company name heading southbound on Interstate 55 between State Route 143 and Route 4 pass a semi truck doing 72 mph while using a mobile device, then had the audacity to slow down well below 70 mph speed limit (62-66) several times and suddenly brake checked the truck before exiting to Route 143. If you are going to provide top notch quality service for Central Air and Heating, you better have the same quality and service while your employees operate your company vehicles. Brake checking a loaded truck is dangerous and reckless, especially when using a hand held device. I witnessed this occur while in my personal vehicle at 4:15 am Friday, July 11th.

Thanks to all at Peters for a great experience. They were Courtious and friendly, prompt, knowledgable, and craftsman like. They respected our home and cleaned up after themselves. We purchased a new heat pump system last spring, but experienced problems with the outdoor unit when this winter arrived..They promptly sent service people to troubleshoot and repair. It took a couple of months, several trips, and 2 new compressor units to get it ironed out but Peters stayed with it without question to make it right. I would definitely recommend Peters Heating and Air Conditioning.

Like many, our AC went out this summer. Channing came over and helped us through replacing our unit. This was the first time I have had to anything like this in my adult life. He made me feel comfortable through the process and was happy to answer any questions I had. The men who came out to do the install were professional, and I am thankful for their timely services!

Called to get a quote for new 2.5 ton AC system, Channing called back promptly, and issued quote following day. They were cheaper than 6 other quotes I got. I decided to move forward, as their google reviews were great. I was not disappointed. System was not hastily installed, the 2 techs clearly had an eye for detail. Very happy with all aspects of purchase/ finished install. I would highly recommend giving them a chance.

Channing gave us a fair estimate on a new LP furnace last fall. He said our 37 year old high efficiency furnace should have a larger return air filter. Bought furnace and he made changes to allow larger volume of air. HUGE DIFFERENCE in how much warmer the house felt on really cold days. Warmth everywhere. I keep close purchase/date records of LP use. I believe we used 10% less LP in what seemed like a colder winter. Very happy with new Carrier....

We had issues during the recent cold snap with our 38-year old furnace. My neighbors are all Peters customers, and they dispatched a tech very quickly to address the problem.

During the repair, I spent a little time with the repair tech asking questions about our old equipment, knowing that it was getting close to needing replacement. At no time did he suggest replacing the equipment, but later that afternoon I called the office to schedule a quote for a new system.

Channing arrived quickly that week, and we discussed equipment options and timelines for replacement. He delivered a detailed quote and was very responsive over email. I checked pricing against another company in the area, and we moved forward to have Peters install the equipment.

Four trucks and five guys arrived onsite this past Monday morning, and three of them worked for two full days to get everything done. The guys were pleasant, super receptive to my questions, and left the work area spotless afterward.

Everyone at Peters Heating and Air were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

I have used their O'Fallon location for both furnace and A/C repair in the past. I found it easy to setup an appointment and they arrived on time. They do quality work and will use them again and recommend them to others. The new Edwardsville location is much closer to my house, so I expect it will be even better.

This place is amazing. They put a new system in my house a few years ago. Last weekend the heat wouldn't work, they camr out diagnosed the issue, the repair took less then an hour to complete. Great service thank you again.

We called Heritage to come out and check out an issue we were having with our AC. Tyler was on time and honest, and his honesty saved us money. I appreciate Heritage and would call them again.
