I’m a repeat customer, and Heritage was fantastic once again. Tyler took the time to explain things, did not try to sell things to me or up charge me, was kind, and fixed the issue quickly. I love that you receive a text with the expected ETA, as well as a small bio and photo of the technician so you know who is coming to your door. Wonderful! I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else. They also offered us a military discount. You will not regret choosing their service.

Had an issue with my two year old furnace and Tyler with Heritage came out and diagnosed it within two hours of my call. They warrantied a part and had it installed a day later. Professional and reasonably priced, would definitely use them again!

My fourth time using Heritage to service my AC. The responsiveness of Tyler was awesome... arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time. He kept me fully informed each step of the way. He was straight forward and did not pressure me one way or the other. Most definitely recommend Heritage to anyone in need of HVAC service. Very competitive with other HVAC companies.

Heritage’s prompt response to my last minute call for help impressed me the most. My AC failed at 1 AM; I called them by 10 AM; they promised to respond between 12-2 PM, and Jim arrived at 11:45 AM! This is the first service call where the technician arrived early! That alone warrants my favor. Jim diagnosed the problem swiftly, his explanation was clear, concise, and comprehensive, and they are due to return in two days with the fix. I am looking forward to this being complete and have absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience. Best service call I have received in years. Thank you, Jim and thank you Heritage.

I am beyond grateful to Colin and Heritage Heating and Cooling. We just closed on a home and the AC stopped working the day before, and of course were moving in the height of the heat and humidity. Heritage was able to send a tech the same day we moved in. Colin was earlier than expected (a godsend) and was done with the repairs by the time we were done unloading the truck. Price also seemed reasonable (though this isn't my area of expertise), and they offer discount for veterans. Veteran owned business! I will use them again for any HVAC needs we have.

Heritage replaced our heat pump that was over 20 years old and leaking refrigerant. Our entire experience with Heritage was professional, workers were on time, knowledgeable, and polite. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up when the install was complete. Can't say enough good things this experience. Would highly recommend them! We have always had good experiences specifically with their technician Brian. Any time he has done work for us, he is always honest, efficient, and excellent. He is very knowledgeable and does high quality work!

On what looks to be the hottest weekend of the summer so far, my AC stopped working. I searched for a open repair company and found Heritage Heating and Cooling. They were able to set up an appointment for an hour and a half later and then exceeded my expectations by being even earlier than that! Tyler was knowledgeable and professional and quickly found my problem and fixed it. Heritage also provides a military discount which I'm very appreciative of. Overall the experience was outstanding.

Colin did a great job today helping us solve two problems at once. He went above and beyond what most technicians would do while repairing a heater problem and helped us find out where water was leaking in our basement. It turned out that it was coming from the AC portion of the unit. This saved us a possible hot water heater replacement Excellent service as always.

I called Heritage on a Friday and Jim was out within hours, with a service call fee less than most other other outfits who were next day or Monday.
Jim was extremely professional and patient with my questions, providing me with all of my options from repair to replacement of my unit(s). His prices are very fair and reasonable and his timeline to address was better than expected. I would definitely recommend Heritage.

Heritage has helped us on more than one occasion when our heat or AC had completely stopped working. On one occasion, a tech came out right after we got a bunch of snow, slip slidded around our neighborhood before the plows ever made it to us and had us up and running quick. They have gone above and beyond so many times for us. Highly recommend!

I have used Heritage for several years and would never consider anyone else. Tyler came out for the annual A/C inspection and did a wonderful job explaining everything he did, and gave me an opportunity to ask questions when he was done. As with all Heritage technicians, Tyler was professional and courteous, and I would be thrilled to have him back for my next inspection. We have used Heritage for years - replacing three A/C units over that time (two houses). The entire company is focused on customer service. They are competitively priced, very responsive, and very friendly. We have them check the units twice a year (for A/C and then heat) to make sure we're good. We have never had an issue with this company, which is why we continue to use them. We can't say enough good things about our experience.
