We recently had Eric out for service and he quickly figured out what the problem was with our compressor and got us up and going quickly.

Called this morning our a.c. unit was not working. Someone was out here within an hour! His name was Greg, and he was so nice and helpful! He found the problem right away, and it is already fixed! Thank you so much!!

This is a very good company but more is the 2 young men that put my furnace in at Livingston on 12/10/20 They came to my house when 10 minutes before they knocked on my door I found my beagle dog dead I freaked out n answered the door crying my eyes out but they came in and asked for a old blanket in which they wrapped her up n set her out on a lawn chair then when done they went out in back yard n buried her I was so grateful to them as I,m a widow with no one to do this for me I,m so bad on names I forgot their names but I,m so grateful to them I tryed to pay them but they wouldn't take no money for it but one did say he would take a cup of coffee these young men didnt have to do that but out of the goodness of their hearts they did they need the employee of the month award THANKS TO THOSE MEN Ruby McCarty in Linda n Steve Albert house

Eric helped my roomates and I with a dirty flame sensor! He came in and fixed the problem right away and explained to us what was wrong. I recommend Peters Heating & Air Conditioning!

Greg responded in the evening hours on Friday to our air not working. He did excellent work, was thorough and honest. Our 20 year year old unit is up and running with a bid coming for a new unit.

Eric came out on January 9. He thoroughly checked both furnaces. He also changed a humidifier filter that was in awful condition. I was very pleased with the service.

Charge was way too high for being here for 10 mins and all the technician did was tape a door sensor closed. Will never use them again. I won’t be setting up a preventive maintenance plan with them now either.

Called at 7:40 am with dead furnace. Eric showed up at 8:15. There was a leak in the system. It was full of water and rusted out. They could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known better. Eric fixed the furnace for $286. They could have sold me a new furnace easily but did the right thing! I won't call anyone else from here out.

Recently had some duct work replaced with insulated duct to reduce noise, the installer was friendly and completed the work in a professional manner. Very happy with the bid and work.

Eric was our technician on a recent AC maintenance check-up. He was very thorough and explained in great detail about what he was doing and the condition of our HVAC equipment. Also, the office personnel are very friendly and accommodative. We just moved here from Ohio and wanted to find a local HVAC company that would meet our needs. We have found that company with Peters H&AC.

I called Peters to check on something that the buyers of my house requested after their home inspection. I felt it was a waste of my time and Eric’s for what the issue ended up being. When Eric saw my drainage pipe needed a little more insulation, he quickly fixed the problem and it was at a minimal cost. I appreciate how quickly Peters was able to schedule me in (and work within a certain time window because of my job) and take care of such a minimal issue. I had what turned out to be a minor issue with my HVAC system, and called Peters on a Monday morning, hoping someone could come out within a couple of days. Eric was dispatched to my house within a couple of hours, was friendly, informative, and professional, and took care of the problem. Would definitely recommend.
