Technician (Tyler) arrived on time. Was very courteous. Put shoe covers on and preceded to inspect my HVAC thoroughly . Paying great detail to the whole system. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Called business at 6:30am on a Saturday and Tyler arrived at noon to fix my A/C compressor. Doesn't get any better than that! Very impressed and satisfied with Heritage and Tyler. Also got a military discount as a veteran.

Brian was great, he was thorough and took the time needed to confirm everything was in working order. I will have them come back out in the Spring for my AC Checkup.

I contacted Heritage Heating to perform a furnance tuneup. Colin came out and did an excellent job! He explained the process in great detail.

Heritage heating and cooling were able to schedule me for a same-day assessment. The tech showed up on time and was able to give me exactly what I needed very quickly. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Tyler went above and beyond servicing our unit. He brought to our attention some issues he discovered and quickly resolved them. Upon completion of the work, he reviewed everything and described the service visit in detail.

Not only are the technicians great when they come into our home, but they never try and 'up-sell' us on anything. Are very honest with repairs that are needed, versus things that we should expect in the coming years as the system ages. We appreciate that, because know that if they tell us to fix something, the time is now! The ease of making appointments and dealing with office staff is great too. We have used them on 2 of our homes, plus our rental.

Heritage installed our HVAC system 4 years ago- we had a great experience- fair pricing, professional work, and as a military family- we like supporting a business that supports veterans. When our compressor failed, they diagnosed, ordered parts (under warranty) and got it fixed in about a week- much appreciated during July in Illinois! Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

As a first time customer, I would have wanted to know about overtime that started 10 mins after the tech guy arrived (w/ 3-5 pm window). Plus side, Colin was informative, experienced, , & knowledgeable about his job. Explaining the technical terms in layman’s verbiage was a benefit for me. I would recommend Colin to anyone.
