Not dependable! Office manager will literally confirm the appointment date and time frame but no one ever shows up. No call, no show on more than 2 occasions. Never again!

Our AC broke on a HOT Saturday afternoon. I called around, and found the friendliest company who was willing to come look at it without wanting my kidney for payment. They fixed my ac that very same day, and by the end of the evening no one would know we didn't have cooling that day. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND.

Please beware of this company ..had a central air unit and furnace replaced in my home one year ago there were issues from the start with staffing no availability to complete install mistakes in not replacing the flue in the furnace issues with not receiving return calls when calling about an issue no clear time frame when they would provide maintenance..when I called about an issue I was told they again had no staffing and that I should just go somewhere else ..was told and promised a variety of things to keep me as acustomer. Nothing resulted from these promises.ayed phone tag and left messages finally I did seek help from another company and they found the reason AMK REFUSED TO SERVICE THE EQUIPMENT THEY HAD PLACED THE WRONG PART AND OVERCHARGED THE UNIT I AM NOW HAVING TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE.I WAS MADE TO FEEL I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS WRONG..NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN .MY OPINION.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.I FEEL CHEATED

Absolutely terribly customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for a week from 8am-12pm. I called about 10am the day of to check to make sure my appointment was still going on. They let me know my appointment was canceled and I would have to wait another week until they showed up again. Who I assume was the owner then decided to make it seem like it was my fault and then went on to call me a "smart ass". The only way I knew my appointment was canceled was because I called them. Just a joke of a company. Just make the simply choice and go somewhere else because they will waste your time and are wasting their time trying to act like a functioning company.

I was promised the 6th of April that a crew would be here the 14th of April to do a repair that was promised last year. When I called today to find out what time to expect them, I found out that they had never been scheduled and now they want to come two weeks later. They have gotten two big and are not reliable.
