My furnace quit working and my home was getting cold. Chase came out early evening (on a Saturday) and spent a lot of time troubleshooting what was wrong. After some investigation, he was able to isolate and solve the problem. Good guy, I was happy with the outcome and reasonable price.

Professional, quick, and no B.S. Told me issues with my system and gave me exact pricing without being pushy. Felt respected as a customer and like I wasn't being taken for a ride.

Was able to get a same day appointment when my furnace was out. Greg came out and got everything up and running again. I have always had good experiences with this company, they are who I call first.

Frank services our geothermal twice a year for winter and summer and we have had no issues at all for many years. He lets us know when he is on the way, courteous, never leaves anything that needs to be cleaned up and lets us know what he is doing with checking the system. He promptly sends the invoice and pictures of his work.

I didn't get to interact much as my work interfered. But I felt very comfortable with him in my home. Did not feel as though he needed someone standing over him to ensure the job was done right. He was also very respectful of my working environment.

Ohhhhhhh my goodness ...Brady was sooo wonderful!!! He helped me understand how important maintenance to my new heating & cooling system was. He went over and above to do an excellent job:)

Received great friendly and professional service from Easton. He was thorough in doing our routine furnace maintenance as well as changing out a drain hose and cleaning the humidifier. We‘ve been with Harster/Classic Aire Care for years, and their service is always high quality and trustworthy!

Brian was exceptional! He took the time to explain how my equipment works and what I need to do to properly maintain it so it lasts long. He also explained what I could do to insulate a bump out so my room stayed warm or cool depending on the season. I appreciated the extra time he took. I’ve owned homes for 50 years and have never had such great information. Will request Brian to service my hvac in the future.

Justin at Classic Aire Care is an outstanding technician! He did an annual maintenance check on my home HVAC system today. Justin is very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough that I will see if he can be set up as my home HVAC technician for future visits by CAC. He is so conscientious that he showed me before and after pictures of all furnace components that he cleaned and serviced during his visit, and he turned off all of my basement lights, once finished

I have been a Classic Air customer for over a decade. Today I met Kyle K for the first time. While in my home he was very professional and knew what he was doing and did it reasonably fast without any Apparent errors. He was soft spoken and answered any questions that I had while continuing to work. From the short time that I spoke with him, I realize that Kyle is an excellent representative of Classic Air, One who will be with Classic Air for a long period of time. I was thoroughly recommend Kyle, but all of Classic Air people that have been in my house over the years were well trained professional, and did a great job finding the problem and fixing the problem. Classic Air‘s management team works closely with The Customer and I like that and I liked Kyle. I wish him well on his journey.

The install went great Austin and team took care of all our needs. He went the extra mile to not just install but to make sure our heater and ac were up to code. Really appreciate the care he took to make sure our home is comfortable and safe!

Mitchell arrived early in day (which was great) and provided timely notice of expected arrival. I work from home and work was completed without any significant interruption. Very courteous snd efficient.
