Brady H did a good job on our furnace. He took the extra time to replace our hose which was old and plugged up. Very agreeable and friendly.

Drew was great if I ask any questions he did not hesitate to answer. Great customer service. Before the arrival to state what time he would be at my resident he informed me he was training Chris to let me know there would be someone else with him. Great customer service! Kudos!

It was great having Travis again as our tech. He was our tech the last service call to our home and he was great then too. He was knowledgeable and helpful with the issues I had and was able to solve them or be able to find out more info.

Bret arrived on time. He was professional and courteous, and once shown the water heaters he was able to quickly assess the issue and explain the repair process.

I pay for the monthly maintenance membership with Classic Aire Care, and these guys are exactly who you want them to be—every single time. This visit was with Vince, who was professional, friendly, and thorough with absolutely no games, no drama, and no hidden agendas. He communicated clearly about his arrival window, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and then took the time to explain what he did, walk me through photos of areas to keep an eye on, and explain how the furnace actually works in clear, non-condescending terms. Experiences like this are why I’m completely confident that Classic Aire Care will take care of me when I really need them—because the quality of the techs they send out is consistently excellent. 10+ out of 10. James was very professional and thorough in his review and care of replacing our water heater. He made sure that we were receiving all of the correct products and was even able to save us a few hundred dollars when realizing something wasn't needed.

When we had the last water heater installed the other company we used didn't take extra steps to ensure that everything was set up appropriately. James made sure to take those extra steps so that everything was connected and set up as it should be.

I'm very glad that he was the technician that came out. He was also very nice to my cat, which I really appreciated! It's the little things like that that really make you stay with a company for continued services.

Matt did an outstanding job with my winter furnace check. He was prompt, courteous and did a thorough job explaining what he was going to check and then reviewing the results with me. I highly recommend this company! They are ethical and don’t come in with high pressure scary sales tactics to try to get you to buy or replace parts that aren’t necessary. I love this company and trust them completely with my hvac needs!

They had walked me through the entire process of what they had been assigned to do, asked probing questions about my options to choose from and give some wonderful advice in return.
