Called around 840 am in need of service due to a fallen limb. Was told someone probably wouldn’t be out til 6pm, which was fine. Got a call at 11 am, saying someone was in my area and could be there in 15 minutes. They arrived shortly after I got home from therapy, gave me the lowdown, and actually started right away. The crew did a great job and cleaned everything up. Highly recommended.

Excellent service at a fair price for removal of dead wood from 70 foot oak tree. This was a difficult pruning with branches overhanging my home which was completed in a safe manner. Cleanup afterwards was spotless. Local Elgin business and proud to support them!!

I live in Saint Charles my neighbor use this tree service and their trees were hanging over our house and into our property, and the tree service was very professional they had to come into our property to remove the neighbors trees. The tree professionals were very polite and professional they also cleaned up our yard and took care of everything I would recommend this tree service.

First class workmen with the best safety equipment and large tree equipment. I watched them disassemble a 5 foot diameter, 90 foot high tree, close to the house in a day. It was like watching a high wire act. With lines and rigging so that no branch came down without a control system. Plus they came the day I called and the price was better than all bidders. They cleaned up and went away leaving only the void where the tree had stood.

AP was fast with an estimate, on time delivering the service, respectful of property and friendly/professional. My dead mulberry tree was down with the stump ground below grade and the area cleaned up in a little over an hour. Great service!

I highly recommend AP Tree Service. From the start when calling for an appointment the receptionist was polite taking down my information accurately. Alphonso was quick to respond arriving on time to provide a quote and then came out as arranged to complete the tree services needed. He and his crew were respectful of other plant life in the vicinity of trees needing to be cut down and trimmed. One the tree removal was done the yard was cleaned up of the tree debris and logs left as requested. If I ever need any more trees cut down or trimmed, I will be call AP.
