Jose was quick to respond, visited my property and provided a quote within days, and got the job done a few days later (removing 3 trees and some pruning). They did a great job at a reasonable price! Jose and his team did a fantastic job trimming five very large trees, and trimming up small and medium trees and bushes around the house. His team was prompt and professional, and cleaned up all debris. His prices were phenomenal (a quarter of what anyone else estimated). His communication was great. Nowadays it is so hard to get a hold of anyone to do any kind of work for you. If you are lucky to actually get someone, most of the time working with them is difficult. Working with J&B Tree Service has been the complete opposite of all my previous experiences and it was really a refreshing change. Jose got back to me right away, came the same day to give me an estimate then did the work the NEXT DAY! This level of customer service is so hard to find nowadays. I wish all the people I deal with could be as half as good as J&B. Even though the price was a bit higher than what I was willing to pay, in the end, I was ok with it just because of how smoothly and quickly everything went.

I was honestly skeptical of all the 5-star reviews, but Jose and his crew do excellent work. He beat the competitor's prices by a mile and cleaned up so well that I wouldn't have known he was there... except for my trees looking amazing! He's also incredibly knowledgeable about trees. I wouldn't be surprised if he's a certified arborist. Will use him again and 100% recommend to anyone else.

Our neighbor recommended this service for treatment removal and trimming. They did a great job for removing a huge dead tree and trimming some other trees. They not only left us the mulch as we requested from the tree, but left everything so clean you would never have known. They just removed a ginormous tree. I would definitely use this service again.
