Total Hvac Repair is an outstanding company who answered my call immediately, came to do a complete mainentance on my AC and Furnace, I'm very satisfied with all of their work and professionalism as they completed a full System Health Report on my Furnace and AC. On the furnace they checked and clean Coil Condition, Blower Wheel balance, Dran pan condition, Cond. Plumb cleanliness, Contractor/Relay Condition, Electical connections, Fan Capacitor, SUrge Protector, Heater Operation & Safeties, Thermal Condition, Uncomfortable Rooms.
On AC checked full Condition, motor/blade, start kit, fan capacitor, Com. Cap. MFD, Total Amp Draw, Disconnect Condition, Surge Protector, Filter Drier condition, piping protection.
Finally, they installed new Ecobee Enhanced Thermostat which has great functionalities and connects to Alexa

Cesar is a very knowledgeable person and place me right away on its schedule. He changed my furnace which was blown during the ice storm on 2/23/2023 due to a power outage. 4 days later I have my house running again.

TRIED TO SCAM ME!!BEWARE!!
I hired him to install my smart thermostat. He came to my house 2 times. After he took payment the 1st time I realized the heat and AC would both come on at the same time. He claimed it was a “defective thermostat”. So I had to wait for a new thermostat to come in. Once that one came in, the same issue happened AGAIN. And he claimed it was ANOTHER defective thermostat. THEN TRIED TO SELL ME HIS THERMOSTAT FOR 300 dollars and claimed that his would work perfectly but mine wouldn’t…Mind you I had to wait for the replacement thermostats to come in from online so I was without heat for 3 weeks.
I called “JTD HEATING AND COOLING” to get a 2nd opinion,That guy said that not only was the thermostat NOT defective but the wiring that TOTAL HVAC REPAIR INC did was done COMPLETELY WRONG!!
“JTD Heating and Cooling” fixed the wiring and was able to install the original thermostat that was never defective in the first place.

On 10/14/2022 it was below 45⁰f overnight and my heat stopped working was really cold in the house I called Total HVAC repair Inc. And Ceasar came out right away he inspected the furnace for no cost and said he needed to order couple sensors that were bad and said he will be back the following day before leaving he had managed to keep the heat running at a certain temperature which we were comfortable with, he came back the next day and put the new parts in and did a full through inspection and made sure everything was working properly.

I had Heater turned off in night, and my entire house was freezing. I called company and he answer my call immediately and he said he will come in 30 min. He was there on time and performed the repair. Very clean and perfect job. He gives honest suggession and he was taking every safe measurement.

These gentleman came and diagnosed my HVAC problem. A part needed to be ordered and within 24 hours my problem is fixed and my house is cooling of very nicely.

These men are extremely nice and they explain everything in ways people can understand the problem. They even showed me all along what is being done.

Professional, Reliable, Neat. Did everything as promised and more. I decided to take time for this review it is hard to find a real guy who you can trust both to do it right and not try to bankrupt you. He was doing work for insurance replacing all the ac units on the roof after fire, and i am glad i had his # when my old furnace had enough.

I greatly appreciate the help from Total Hvac Repair company for helping me solve the problem with my A/C unit. I highly recommend them. The prices are affordable and they were very much courteous and professional about their work.

Theses guys are great! Called them up to see if they could come look at my furnace and they were at my house within half an hour. They diagnosed my problem quickly and we're not expensive. Really good guys! They definitely have my business from here on through.

Great professionals, great service. Would recommend to anyone. I got B vents installed for my HVAC as well as got it repaired as it wasn’t heating and was cooling on heat command. Also, got some tips on my new Water Heater which I hired another company for because I didn’t know Total HVAC Repair has plumbing license

My son's air conditioning was not working. He called Total HVAC, they came within 35 minutes even though we were in the midst of a heat wave. The service was friendly and timely. He had previously gotten a quote from ABC and they wanted to charge 4 times the amount for parts that he didn't need. His house is now cool and comfortable. Great customer service and he highly recommends Total HVAC Repair!

Horrible Company,
I scheduled him to come out to one of my homes on 05/02/2024 and he missed the appointment without any notice. I called him again to confirm and we agreed to move the appointment up to 05/04/2024 and he missed the appointment again today. I called him and his answer was “I got things to do” everyone has things to do, that does not mean you wastes someone’s time and miss 2 scheduled appointments without any notice.
Horrible company, horrible customer service and horrible technician. Cesar was rude, disrespectful and does not value your time.
For all future customers please refrain from using this company and this technician.

Cesar put in a new furnace for us a while back and did an excellent job at a fair price. Recently, we had an issue with our furnace due to our own wrong doing, and he came out quickly and only charged us for the part to repair it. I highly recommend him!
