Bebe Heating & Cooling is a great company. We have used them for the last 8 years and been very satisfied. They did all the new construction HVAC work when we built our house in NW suburbs. We have since used them for all routine maintenance. They are always responsive, professional and qualified to fix any issues. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Beebe installed a new AC and Furnace some years ago and we have been very happy with their work. Then when it started to get colder, the furnace stopped working. We called and they came out the same day. It was a minor problem which they fixed, and they also checked out our whole system while they were here. Always professional and friendly service. We definitely recommend Beebe!!!

Twice called Beebe requesting an estimate for a new air conditioner and air handler. Both times I was told someone would call me. That never happened. If they didn't want the job, or simply said they were too busy to do the job, I could respect that, and I wouldn't be leaving a one-star review. Their poor customer service is probably indicative of their business in general. I would never recommend Beebe.

I’ve had Mike and team out to install new furnaces and ACs at our last 2 homes (2020 and 2025) and both experiences were outstanding. Price, service, and quality were top tier and I would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC solutions. Beebe is the very best.

My experience with working with Beebe heating and air was absolute perfection. Spencer came out and looked at my furnace and took measurements for a quote on a new furnace. Later that day, I got the quote and talked with them multiple times and got responses in a timely manner to make sure all my questions were answered. The price was 3k less from this company then the other quote from a different one. Cole came out the next day and installed the new furnace, Everything was done clean and to perfection. I honestly could not be happier with Beebe and I will definitely use them again and recommend friends and family.

I was referred to Beebe from a friend after a very poor experience with another well-known local company that had tried to sell me on a $12k replacement for a 6 year old unit after an incorrect diagnosis. We love Beebe Heating and Air conditioning.They always do a great job, reliable and honest. Spencer comes out twice a year to service our Air Conditioner and Furnace. He is the best. They are a little more expensive then other companies but we feel that our furnace and air conditioner get the best of care and the work is guaranteed.

I had a really positive experience today. My tech, Todd, showed up right on time, was easy to talk to, and did a great job explaining what he was doing before he did it. Nothing felt rushed or confusing, which I appreciated.
He clearly knew his stuff, answered questions without any pressure, and left the area cleaner than he found it. That attention to detail matters, especially when you’re trusting someone to work in your home.

Beebe was very professional to work with and timely in completion of the main project. We had an additional out of the box situation that required custom work and material and Mike was great to work with and even called me while he was on vacation to help brainstorm a solution with an additional potential project that Beebe would be involved. Total HVAC installed a commercial A/C & HVAC unit for me in the middle of the hot summer, quickly and efficiently! No complaints, I would recommend them to anyone.
