Very prompt service. Knowledgeable people, wanting to provide what's best for me. Installed new heater and left the space cleaner than they found it. HIGHLY recommend!

Eddie came by to do our furnace cleaning, he has always been very professional and does a wonderful job! He originally came by a couple of years ago, and has made us feel very confident in Kustom Heating and Cooling

Great service. Kustom was referred by Colleague. Really fantastic service and very knowledgeable and friendly. my issue was solved within 30 minutes. I highly recommend. I changed over my maintenance plan to them after the repair from my existing contractor. I also installed new system through them.

Eddie was here! Great technician and great customer service. We have been using Kustom Heating & Cooling for years and recommend them for your HVAC needs!

The two installation specialists; Josh and Caleb, were extremely nice and efficient. They arrived right on time and made sure to explain what they were doing and provided me with a piece of paper that details the kind of things that would be happening while they were working, such as noises, smells, and lunch breaks, so I was fully informed the from the start. They laid protective tarp everywhere they walked and made sure to clean up behind them when finished. Even though it would have been easier to just leave the back door open, they consistently closed it behind themselves to keep the house as warm as possible. When finished, Josh walked me through all the work he had done as well as explained where he put papers for maintenance and showcased all the functions of the new thermostat, and even made sure to run everything for at least fifteen minutes and check the vents before leaving. The invoice for payment was provided promptly and signed to acknowledge the payment method used. Very much appreciated the ease of the installation and would recommend.

Jeff & Corey did a fantastic job on my new furnace installation. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned up great! Also gave a very thorough exclamation on how the smart thermostat works with all of its fancy features.
It started with Todd B and the initial meeting discussing with me my options of furnace. He was a wealth of information and extremely helpful and flexible with our meeting.

My experience with the HVAC system maintenance was fantastic. I cannot believe how thorough the technician was. He had the blower motor out and was wiping the dust off the blades! He answered all my questions and made sure I was content before he left. Kustom Heating and Cooling is the real deal!

I recently had a furnace check-up performed by Juan from Kustom Heating and Cooling. We have used Kustom Heating and Cooling now twice to have our furnace serviced. Our furnace went out last night and we called them the morning of 10/28/25 and were able to get service today. Daniel, came to our house today, was very professional, courteous and answered our questions honestly. I would recommend Kustom Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Caleb & Josh showed up promptly at 8:00am in bitter cold weather with snow on the ground. They worked diligently until the new furnace and ac unit were installed, then took the time to show us everything and help me download the phone ap to change the thermostat from off site. Both young men were personable and very polite. Thank you for the hard work, guys!

I received detailed info on a new furnace and heat pump AC that was not just sales pitch like other companies. The install was smooth, great professional install team that got it all completed quickly and it looks and runs as promised. Highly recommend Kustom for HVAC projects.

I hadn't had my furnace checked since i moved in 5 years ago and didn't think much of it until it stopped working. I called Kustom on a recommendation and got to have the pleasure of having Eddie come to my home. He very politely explained the importance of maintaining my furnace and I learned so much in the time he was there. He even told me I had a humidifier that I didn't even know i had in our system. Thank you Eddie!

Alex from Kustom Heating was as everyone in his team exceptional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This is an excellent company that we have worked with since we purchased our house. We also replaced the Heating/cooling system with Kustom and it has been a pleasure to have them service our equipment for almost 9 years.

Todd set up the installation of our new furnace. Josh and Caleb did the install. All three were excellent. The install was clean. The men were careful with our property. The new unit and thermostat were explained so there would be no missteps on my part. The whole process was professional; it could not have been any better.

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and professional when he came to check on our furnace. Although the unit only works intermittently, he fixed what he could during the visit and gave us excellent advice on how to handle the remaining issues. We really appreciated his honesty, expertise, and the clear guidance he provided.
