The igniter for my furnace went out over night, they were able to get someone to my house first thing in the morning to repair it. I work from home and was prepared to work in a cold house for the day but they helped avoid that! They service individual was very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.

I hired Premier Comfort Heating to remove and reinstall some radiators so we could retile during our kitchen renovation. They gave us the best quote of several places in the Elgin area. They were extremely communicative during the process which was super helpful. The customer service was also excellent, even when I had to reschedule the reinstall several times while our renovations moved slower than anticipated. I have used Premier Comfort Heating previously for checking out the boiler on my house when I moved in. I am very happy with them, and will definitely be using them again when I have any other needs!

I recently woke up on a cold morning with no heat! I called Premier Comfort Heating and Cooling and they were at my house within a couple hours! Keith showed up and quickly checked the furnace and confirmed a critical part was shot. He talked with me professionally about my options and I landed on replacing the whole unit. He went back to the office to get the unit and was back within an hour. He quickly installed and our heat was back on! Keith was professional, courteous, honest, and straight forward. We will be calling them back to service our air conditioner in the spring. I would highly recommend Premier Comfort! Extremely satisfied!

Our heater stopped working and wasn’t pushing warm air. We made a service ticket through our property management company. They had someone out to us in less than 24 hours. Premier Comfort had somewhere there in the window they provided and were able to resolve the issue in less than 20 minutes and our heater has been running perfect ever since. We will definitely consider them for future jobs.

We recently moved into a new home in Aurora Illinois. As the weather started to get warm, we found out that our AC unit needed servicing. Premier Comfort Heating visited our home on a Sunday (yes, a SUNDAY!) and refilled the Freon and replaced a defective part in the thermostat. Since that visit our AC has been working perfectly. It only took one visit and one knowledgeable & professional technician (a gentleman by the name of Trinidad) to get us back up and running as the warm weather is now more frequent, it is really nice to know that our AC is working as it should be. I highly recommend Premier Comfort Heating for any of your HVAC needs—they are reliable and professional!

AHS warranty sent to my house one of their technicians. They visited on May 29th. When they requested $220 for refrigerant, I made it clear that the AC was leaking and I did not think that would fix the issue. They stated replacing the refrigerant was the first step and they would then analyze the leak and propose a solution. As of July 29th, I paid the $220, and the issue is still not fixed. This is despites numerous phone calls. At this point, I simply do not recommend them.

My rental company called Comfort after I submitted a service request due to my furnace blowing cold air and Comfort contacted me to schedule the appointment. When I did not receive any communication by the end of the appointment window, I called and discovered there was an error with scheduling, but I would he added to the next appointment time. The service technicians arrived before that appointment window began, which was much appreciated. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, with virtually no interruption to my day. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I reached out to this company initially for a quote to replace the AC and furnace in my condo on a Thursday. Amanda came out within 2 hours of my call to take pictures and provide a quote. While she was here, I also asked about replacing my old water heater to a tankless. I have a small closet where the furnace is located, and I wanted to move the water tank to this closet. After the deposit was paid, the team came out the next day. The work took about 5 days because of the difficulty with removing the old water tank, re-piping in the attic, and working in such a tight closet but I'm very happy with the end results. The employees were very professional and worked hard. I highly recommend the company.

I would highly recommend and use them again. I get nervous Googling repair companies and using ones that haven't been personally recommended to me but this company was a good find. The technician Fern was great. He was professional, efficient, and explained what was wrong and showed me readings from the AC unit which was well above my head to understand. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and now i have cold air again. The tech didn't do any unnecessary repairs to raise the bill, so I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.

Beware! Stay away from this contractor. They don't care and do not follow up then they try to double charge something that should have been covered by the Home Insurance Company.
3 weeks to get them to come for a simple repair leaving us in a house with no AC in 90F weather! The technician who came was helpful but the coordinator in the office never follow up or call back. Terrible!

Fantastic experience with David from Premier. We called him out for a second opinion after a different provider tried to sell us an entirely new system and he very tactfully explained why that was likely unnecessary, and the steps he would take to identify whether there was one or several problems (there were two separate issues). It did end up being expensive because we had to replace all the refrigerant but David showed us what he was doing with each step and we now understand exactly how we got in this position and won’t get in this position again! He also used common sense and bought the $12 part to receive it immediately, rather than waiting 4-6 weeks for it to be shipped via our warranty. Such a relief to have a trustworthy expert with common sense! Ask for David. Highly recommend!

I have nothing to say but good things about my repair guy who came out. I've had this recurring problem since last winter with my furnace and he fixed it with one visit. Even having to go and get the part twice to make sure it works. I recommend them most definitely

I would highly recommend this company. From the initial service call to the completion of the installation of the a/c and furnace, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Keith was empathetic when My old air conditioner unit could not be repaired and it needed to be replaced during a hot, muggy week. The installers, Jason and Nathan, were exceptional. They were professional and hard working. Upon completion and long day, Nathan took the time to walk me through the units and made sure I understood the functionality and proper maintenance. I felt very comfortable in the quality of products I purchased and the skill of the installers.

Update - Had another AC issue recently and a different company came out to inspect. They asked what was done previously and I showed them my invoice from Premier Comfort. The invoice showed that the TXV valve was replaced but the tech said our system doesn’t even have one! Instead we have a fixed piston. Just out of curiosity I asked how much he would have charged if we did for the same job and it was significantly less than what we paid to Premier Comfort. So I’m not sure what was actually repaired when PC came out. To be fair the AC worked the rest of the season but something definitely wasn’t right. I guess it’s best to always get a second opinion.

Was assigned Premier Comfort through a home warranty company and even though the claim was denied Premier was great to work with. They completed the work quickly, they explained everything very well and the price seemed fair. Will definitely be giving them a call next time we need our routine maintenance or if any other issues come up.

Furnace was not working on the coldest day of the week, with negative windchill in the Chicago area. Had 2 company come out and could fix the issue. Warranty company set me up with Premier Comfort. They responded to the work order and sent Fernando out to find out the issues. Fernando came in and looked at the furnace within in 15 to 30 minute he saw the issue, replaced the part and the heat has been running great. Shout out to Premier Comfort and my tech Fernando......

This company installed my furnace. 4 years later I’m having a problem with it. Called to get someone to look at it. Lady on the phone was rude as could be .going on and on about how I don’t have them come out for maintenance so no warranty. I explained to her I will pay for tech to come look. She just kept on telling me it is my fault cause I didn’t do maintenance? I change the filters religiously. Company is nuts .

RUN NOW! These are not the people you want to hire to do anything in your home.

So, get this: no permit, which could land them a fat fine. And turns out, their work wouldn't have passed inspection anyway. As another AC repairman told me "They put too small of an exhaust pipe on this unit. It would have overworked, crack the coil and carbon monoxide would have leaked into your house. Your family would have not woken up three years from now."

Now, let's talk about appointments—or lack thereof. I waited around for them twice on Saturdays, only to get a lame excuse about being too busy. When they finally did show, it was to fix a pipe they'd messed up, leaving my basement looking like a swimming pool. Guess what? They left and did not come back. I called and asked where they were. They were sneaking off doing another job.

But wait, there's more! Another HVAC crew checked things out and said Premier botched so much, they'd foot the bill to yank out the furnace and start from scratch. That's how bad it is.

And here's the kicker—they tried sneaking in a less efficient A/C unit than what I asked for. That move would've cost me a tax break for the energy efficient unit. Unless they are making up paperwork, too. Hey, Premier, you know that is a federal crime.

To top it off, their slip-ups fried my A/C unit. They forgot to hook up the freon line, so say goodbye to my condenser. Honestly, I could sue them, but I will just leave it in God's hands.

Looking back, it's a lesson learned: never compromise on quality and honesty. Hopefully, sharing my story saves someone else from going through this headache. PLEASE hire someone else for your family's safety.

Outstanding furnace fall check up. Totally astounded at consistent working by Fernando and his recap. I have had this performed at least 55 times and first time I was shown what was done. I hope more are able to use Premier. I will request this company for Spring air conditioning check up. I feel very secure and appreciative of this above the grade by Fernando.
