Couldnt be more certain to tell you to just go look somewhere else on your search for heating/cooling maintence. I dont understand the positive reviews for this place.
We had our heat not working very well on Monday, so I called to schedule them coming out to look at at. Appointment set at 12-3 on Thursday. I get a text on Thursday confirming with me that I have an appointment. At 3:15 I get a call, get told technician called in sick... need to reschedule. Okay, things happen. Earliest appontment available is Saturday 8-10. I call at 8:15 on Saturday to verify they will be here as my heat is now not working at all. Person who answers sounds like I woke them out of bed, to the point where I truly thought I called the wrong number.
I get told yes, they will be there however now the time changed to 9-11. Okay, fine. I get a call at 10, get told my technician called in sick. Get asked if I can do next week.

I'm truly appalled and absolutely shocked. I don't know what service these other reviewers had but take my advice and go to one of the dozens of other places that can actually show up for an appointment. This place is highly unprofessional and it saddens me that they have no regard for how it affects people who have to be in a 45 degree house for multiple days.

Technician came and quickly found out why the heat wasn’t working. Turns out a fuse was out in the furnace. I’ve only been living in this house about a month so it was strange when the heat went out. Glad he was able to fix it and did so very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Leaving a one star review because I can't leave a zero. Do not use this company unless you want to risk your life or your family's. Our home warranty company dispatched Premier to our home on three separate occasions since November of 2020 for issues with our furnace that included short cycling and overheating causing cold air to be blown. First visit we were told it was a faulty flame sensor, ok I can accept that. The second visit, for the same issues, we were told our heat transfer may be cracked and the furnace may be shot but the technician said he took everything apart, looked at it, and it was fine, I also questioned why his carbon monoxide detector was beeping but he said that's normal everything is fine. We were told that the cause of the issue was now a dirty filter since we were one week past the monthly scheduled change time table. I was extremely skeptical and questioned the verdict but they insisted that was the problem and to just monitor the furnace. Third visit, two weeks later, the diagnosis was the same as the second. By this point we were very frustrated so we convinced our warranty company to send out a different HVAC company to get a second opinion, thank god. Turns out our heat transfer was indeed cracked and not only that but our furnace was belching potentially toxic levels of carbon monoxide into our home for months! All previous work was reported as unnecessary because a total replacement was needed from the beginning. Premier's technician knowingly lied to our faces and put mine and my wife's health and safety at risk because they would not stand up to their warranty company overlords to do what's right and recommend replacement, presumably because they were worried of losing the reputation as the company that can always slap a bandaid on a major issue to save money. I repeat again, do not use this company, they will be the death of you.

They came right away to diagnose the boiler. He didn't find anything wrong and said it could've just been pressure built up that turned it off. He said if it kept happening and turning off everyday that then maybe a part needed to be replaced. Well it did just that and it has been turning off for the last two weeks. We call and they say they'll come and they give a time period in which they will show up and they haven't showed up three times now. Not very reliable with times, if you need a quick fix look elsewhere. Especially if you can't afford to be wasting your time waiting for them to not show up.

Update: No I was home. You just came as soon as the review went up and still way past the allotted window time.

The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my heat in a short amount of time. I also received a follow up call from the office to make sure I was satisfied with the service. It was a great experience.

They came out for furnace & AC maintenance & discovered a crack in our heat exchanger which saved us from carbon monoxide poisoning. Very thorough service. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable, timely and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

Wonderful experience using Premier and would highly recommend. Premier gave me a couple options to fix my unit since it wasn’t that old and was scheduled very quickly! Each person i encountered was professional and courteous.

Woke up at 4am to a terrible noise coming from the heater, with no heat coming through on a VERY cold day. Premier Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning fit me in that day and by noon everything was fixed and the heat was back on. Great service, very professional, and good price. Will definitely use them again should the need come up and would recommend to anyone else.

I have been dealing with them for a week. I still do not have my air fixed. First it was they had the wrong part, then they had to wait for a part, then their truck broke down. They never called me for all the rescheduled appointments. I called them when nobody showed up. Time off work and 95 degrees for a week with no air conditioner. Would NEVER waste my time again with them!!

They were prompt, friendly and professional! He explained to me what was going on, what he had to do to get it back working and it did not take long. It was really cold that day and he got my heat on quickly and the house was back warm in no time! I will use their service again and again! I will recommend them to anyone!

Premier was a great experience overall. They were also very accomadating and flexible with my schedule during a difficult week. Great customer service getting me scheduled and keeping me updated by Amanda. J.T. resolved the issue and was professional and awesome. He cared very much and wanted to get the AC back up and running and mission accomplished! Excellent!

Super fast and great craftsmanship! our boiler went out and the owner came out to diagnose to find the leakage and corrosion. The boiler was over 15 years old, so he got us a brand new one with a reasonable pricing and installed next day! Not only that, he offers financing options, which helped us out alot with our financial situation. We are beyond thankful to have been serviced by Premier Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning and will continue to use them.

Technician came on time, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The technician didn't attempt to make any unnecessary repairs. Can't rate on prices as this company was paid for through my leasing company. Would recommend.

Trinidad was extremely professional and courteous. He kept me informed every step of the repair! His repair area was left tidy, and my AC is blowing so cool! I will def recommend Premier Comfort Heating and Air to my friends and family.

Buyer Beware!!! This heating and cooling company is very unprofessional. They were never on time and would constantly change appointments last minute due to “scheduling issues”. This happened multiple times. Wait till you have issues with your HVAC, they will literally hang up on you and not answer your calls if you are having issues. They do not honor warranties for equipment they install and will find all the excuses not to cover you.

We have given this company multiple times to resolve issues we were having with them, but they seem to disappoint us every time. Shame on you and I hope I can save someone else from a horrible experience.

We had Premier Comfort out this week. They correctly identified the problem and fixed it the same day to restore our heat. They also called to follow up the next day to check on if the boiler was still working. We would recommend Premier Comfort Heating and Air.

Trinidad was very nice. He fit us in during a very hectic time when we were left without heat by another company. He is very patient and explains things well. The men who fixed the repairs did a nice job. Everything works and we have heat and everything looks good. Would recommend them!

The team did a great job installing my high efficiency furnace via my home warranty plan. I even recommended them to a friend for their routine maintenance plan. Overall, I was very impressed with their service.

Prompt, friendly, informative and affordable!

Our air conditioner was not working and Premier Comfort Heating and Air was who we turned to. We worked with two technicians. Both gentlemen were prompt, friendly, and professional. Fernando, our 1st technician, checked the air conditioning unit and answered all of our questions. He show us where the issue was with our air conditioner and ordered the needed part. After the part arrived, our next technician was Louise. He was back and fixing it in no time. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Our air conditioner runs perfectly! I wholeheartedly recommend Premier Comfort Heating and Air and will gladly use them again for any heating and air needs. I am confident they have the knowledge and experience to tackle any heating and air issues.
