Tom and Climate have been our HVAC company for the 18 years that we have owned our home. Routine maintenance every 2-3 years with the occasional parts replacement.

Furnace, heat pump and AC unit finally conked out on us, requiring an entire system replacement. Tom provided us with 4 options and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. Time from the old motor dying to installation of new furnace, heat pump and AC unit was less than a week.

Tom also took the extra step of returning the AC unit for a replacement due to some very minor denting during shipment. We would never have noticed it, but it speaks to Tom's quality commitment towards his customers and what his team installs.

Always willing to recommend Tom and his crew to anyone that asks.

Tom was awesome, our furnace went down Thanksgiving morning and he had space heaters here for us Friday and the install was smooth. Finished Monday afternoon. Thx for all the help Tom.

Ethan was wonderful throughout the process of servicing my furnace. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and the time he took to explain his procedures, along with informing me issues I had with the built in humidifier. This is the first time I used Clinate Control and I won’t hesitate having the company come to my home bi-annually to service my furnace and air conditioner.

We used Climate Control Services to install a new HVAC and air-conditioning system over the summer. Wonderful experience start to finish. They worked with us to understand our needs & to get us the product that would work best for us. We have had them out twice since the products were installed. Once they reached out to us to check the system before winter and make sure that we knew how to change the furnace filter because it was different than what we’ve had in the past. This time we had a question about our Aprilaire so they came out to tweak the system to our liking and explain how it works. I left a message Sunday night and by Monday morning a technician was at our house answering our questions!

Tom (owner) came out next day, very fast response and very knowledgeable. Gave me a selection of 4 options and was able to install new ac, furnace, smart themostat, humidifier and hot water heater in the same week. Comparable pricing with other companies but I choose Tom for his knowledge, service and speed

Tom, the owner at Climate Control Services is a very knowledgeable HVAC professional. They had a quick response to send out a tech. The service tech quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I'd like to mention that the problems wasn't defective equipment, but damages wiring from rodents. The American Standard system has been reliable to this point. They also did a furnace tune-up to make sure system was operating efficiently for the upcoming winter season. The tech was also knowledgeable and friendly. I've worked with Climate Control Service for about 4 years since they installed my new furnace/AC system in 2022 and can't say enough about their top-notch installation, service and customer support.

This was a great experience. I went to another company and they stated that my furnace could not be repaired and that the parts were no longer available. When I checked with climate control they came out same day, assessed the issue and gave me a quote same day to repair. 3 days later it was up and running. The tech Danny was awesome and extremely nice. The whole experience was great. Thank you!

From start to finish installation of the new furnace and thermostat was flawless. Installers took extreme care of my home and cleaned up afterwards. The thermostat was explained in great detail and all communication was excellent. A great group of guys who all worked well together to achieve the installation. Tom, the owner, gave very detailed analysis in his quoting with no pressure to use his company. I chose Climate Control because of all the other great reviews and I chose correctly!

Our heat went down and a friend of a friend recommended us to them. Tommy who is the owner I believe came out himself and he got us back running within hours. They just installed a new unit with a very good price and I want to thank him and give him a shoutout. Awesome people and awesome service. Amazing results .

Our furnace went out 12/4 and I was referred to call Tom. He was so awesome! He sent someone(Daniel who was great)out right away, sent affordable quotes and the new furnace was installed the same day. Losing heat on the first coldest day of the year is unimaginable but with the helpfulness and professionalism given by Climate control services it made everything so easy, I highly recommend.

Our heater went out and they were very quick to arrive to try to fix it. When the whole unit needed replaced, they were able to install it quickly. I highly recommend their services.

Edgar came and diagnosed the problem within minutes of his arrival, found the part needed, drove to pick it up, came right back, and fixed our unit in a couple of hours. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company and Edgar.

Fernando Serrano repaired our furnace. We had a total of 6+ technicians come and “fix” our furnace from sears but every time they did, it would just break down the next day. Fernando came in and found out the issue right away and fixed our furnace, now its running great!

I have used a lot of HVAC companies over the years some good some bad but Premier has always provided excellent service and outstanding workmanship on everything I required, from commercial rooftop and ductwork installation to keeping my walk-in coolers running perfect! Our boiler went out and our house became very cold. We called for service They had no openings in their schedule on that day but they made time to do the repairs because of the urgency of our situation. They were professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company!
