Excellent service all around! Our 15+ year old boiler had stopped working and the night got below freezing, bursting one radiator. Tom Wyse stopped by and inspected everything thoroughly, answered all our questions and gave us an estimate via email the same day for a new boiler and new radiator (~$8k) as well as a link for financing. The crew came out a few days later and worked from 8am til 4pm-ish (apologies for the narrowness of the back stairs and doorway! 😅). The boiler made an odd howling sound that night so we called and a different crew came back the next day and changed up a few pipe placements and bled all the radiators again at no extra charge. Now they work like a charm, sooo wonderful to have a toasty house again! Thank you all!

Guys did service on my boiler, I have at least a 35 year old boiler and this service was long overdue but needed a new thermocouple which is why I needed service. Chris and Reagan did what they could for the time they were here and I appreciated their help.

I had a tough time finding a contractor willing to do my installation. It's a very tight fit. One contractor wanted me to relocate the water heater. Tom from Climate Control Services came out and said no problem, I can make it work. I had a detailed quote in hand within two hours with several options to choose from. Scheduled the install for the following week. The techs were on time, knowledgeable and did a great job including cleaning up after themselves. They also gave me a quick walk through of the new system before leaving. Thanks Tom and the folks and Climate Controls Systems for the great work!

Arrived home from a trip and found house at 42 degrees and furnace not working. Called Climate Control and got owner on phone, he dispatched technician to check furnace. Found cracked heat exchange had leaked fluid onto main circuit card. Technician and owner then discussed options to repair or replace. Decided to replace, owner scheduled install for first thing next morning. Crew arrived at 9am and finished install around 2:30pm. House was at 65 degrees by 8pm (I should mention this was one of the coldest days of the year so far)

All interactions with technician, owner and install crew were very professional. Care was taken to explain options and help make process as painless as possible! Work was done in manner to keep home as clean as possible. I have been using this company for 4 years and highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Our AC went out and looking for a new AC company who carries American Standard. I would them on the internet and talked with Tom who was able to have the right setup for my home. The group that came up to our house was very professional and actually did a wonderful job!!!!!

I was very excited when I stumbled upon this amazing company. I had gotten another estimate from a different company that was a chain and they told me my AC was shot. These pros came out and said we can replace that let me get you an estimate and sure enough they saved me $6,000. I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a fair price and honest estimate. The pros that came out were very respectful and very nice and I had a very pleasant experience and I would use them again for my HVAC needs.

Guys did a great job removing and installing my new AC & Furnace. Fast, friendly I recommend calling Tom for any heating or air issues. Make sure you change out those filters monthly! Winter is here!!!!

Climate Control Services installed a new a/c and furnace last week. The technicians arrived on time and did an amazing job. They cleaned up and left the laundry room spotless. The unit works fantastic, I would recommend this company to everyone!!

Placed call 11.24/25 am for furnace failure to fire. Tech sent out same day and after extensive trouble shooting issue resolved. Follow up on morning of 11/25/25 to replace pressure switch.
All work and parts covered under warranty. Techs were great and Climate Control response was excellent.

Serviceman was on time and professional. He asked about any problems or questions I had. . . which I did have. He addressed them to my satisfaction. . . one was changing temperature when our heat pump changes over from electricity to gas furnace. Made me happy.

The guys at CCS installed a Daikin mini split system in my addition today. Reagan and crew did a fantastic job on the installation and once completed it was at set point in 30 minutes. The outside unit is whisper quiet. I think we'll be happy for years to come!

Wow! I cannot recommend Climate Control Services enough. My elderly disabled mother's furnace blew up (yes, you read that right) and they were there 12hours later installing a new system for her so she didn't have to leave her home. They went above and beyond. So very grateful for their service, their communication, the way they handled the job and installation. All of it, top notch!!!

Tom the owner came out as I was having troubles with my 10 year old system. He was very knowledgeable about my system, and was able to troubleshoot the issue. Ultimately I decided to replace it with an American Standard system. The shortcomings of how my original system was designed, and how much better the new system would be designed swayed me enough to replace it. Time will tell about the equipment, but I've convienced I'm working with a great company. Would deffinately recomend.

Great service! A newly installed thermostat wasn't working and Climate Control had a technician out with a couple of days. (This wasn't an urgent issue and I told them to take their time.) The tech diagnosed and then explained the problem clearly while he fixed it. He also communicated with his manager about my request for a quote to replace the entire unit eventually and then inspected the AC unit on the roof of my condo building. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the whole experience.

Our 3 Zone HVAC system was installed by Climate Control Services 4 days ago. The install team was professional, courteous and respectful to our property.
