Never in the 44 years of living in the same house has any company cleaned my furnace as well as these two gentlemen. They actually took the furnace apart, hand wiped and vacuumed thoroughly also explained as they worked what needed to be fixed as furnace is 20 years old and not working as it should. I highly recommend using this company!!! I am so very pleased that I finally found an HONEST company to to business with in the future!!

Kustom Heating and Cooling always does a great job maintaining our furnace and AC, and they are phenomenal at troubleshooting issues as they arise. They respond quickly, and their prices are great. Jake was our technician today, and he solved our problem quickly and offered a very cost-effective solution to our problem. Highly recommend Kustom!

We are extremely grateful for the prompt and professional service we received today. Our furnace had completely shut off, leaving our home without heat on a very cold evening. The technician (Eddie C.) responded right away, on a Sunday evening, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Thanks to his expertise, our furnace is now working properly and our home is warm again. We truly appreciate his responsiveness, reliability, and willingness to help during off-hours. Can't say enough good things about Kustom Heating & Cooling. My furnace died during the coldest week of the year and they were able to get a new one installed quickly. Todd was beyond patient and helpful, Josh and Brandon did amazing work even though it was 45 below zero on install day, and also need to mention Christine who goes above and beyond without even being asked. I have been a customer with Kustom heating & cooling for several years as part of their regular ongoing maintenance plan program. I’ve always had great experiences with all service technicians that came out to service my units. I have always felt they were fair and honest with their service and pricing. Recently I had a new AC and Furnace installed and the install went very smooth. When the team finished you didn’t even know they were in my home they left it so clean. They did an excellent job at explaining my new system feature and controls. I would highly recommend. A+++

I recently scheduled a furnace cleaning and maintenance check with Kustom Heating and Cooling, something I hadn't done in quite a while—my mistake! Christine handled my appointment; she was courteous, friendly, and professional. On the day of the service, HVAC tech Jacob arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and explained everything he planned to do, including any recommendations. Jacob took before-and-after photos of my unit and attached them to my invoice for both my records and theirs. He took the time to answer my questions and never rushed through the cleaning, which truly impressed me.

I've used other HVAC companies, both large corporations and small businesses, but Kustom and Jacob stood out. In all my years as a homeowner, no technician has shown me such thorough before-and-after details or taken such care in their work. Jacob was honest, and I'm eager to have him handle future appointments—including my upcoming AC service this summer. This experience affirmed that Kustom genuinely cares about its customers and the quality of its technicians' work.

Beebe installed our HVAC system in our new build. We had an issue with the AC and they came out immediately and fixed the issue. The technician was very professional and so helpful . Highly recommend!

There are always able to make it out quickly and fix the problem. They are my go to hot heating and ac.

When we build our home they installed 5 Units (large house) size properly for the house. Any time there is a issue they our out fast and it resolve.

Great for the day to day and the bigger jobs like our house.

Beebe hvac is the absolute best. My 38 year old ac unit decided to not work on one of the hottest days. Beebe to the rescue. They came out the same day and diagnosed the issue had to come back the next morning with the part for the old gal. They got it up and running before my house full of company arrived.

I had recently purchased a new furnace from another business, and decided to try Beebe for our Air Conditioning needs.

From the start, I was very impressed with them. I was never pressured into buying anything I didn't need, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed with high levels of technical expertise and detail.

Unlike other companies, I wasn't roped into a deal from a slick salesperson and given a lackluster installation crew - The gentlemen that first came to my house and gave me the quote was also a part of the install crew, and everyone was truly exceptional. They even found an installation error with my furnace and rectified it without me asking them to.

In short, these guys know what they're doing and care about how they do it.

Beebe heating and air conditioning is the best! They came to my house the same day I called. Fixed our 30 year old AC unit, got it up and running! Then this winter our 30 year old furnace broke. We had them replace both the ac and furnace. Very professional, timely and totally fair price. The guys who did the work for friendly and helpful with the thermostat. It’s such a relief to have someone trustworthy to call. We just had them to our business yesterday for maintenance on our furnace. Again, very reliable. 3 encounters with this company within 8m and so I can for sure say I’d recommend!!
