Ed and his team were prompt and fair. I had a sewer line collapse and they came out the same day. I have used them a few times since for a water heater replacement and sink replacement and they always treat me well.

On a Friday, I spoke with Ed and made an appointment for the following Monday afternoon. I call him at 2:30 on Monday to make sure we are still on since no one has shown up. Ed says he can't make it but can do it tomorrow. No call, no notice, he says it slipped by, sorry. I took the day off to be home and now he wants me to do the same for tomorrow. Very unreliable.
