Lou Agosto is the best! An experienced, trustworthy plumber who cares about his customers and his craft. His thorough explanation of the issue and what was required to fix it made us feel very informed. His attention to detail during the process gives us confidence that the problem has been solved. We will definitely ask for him by name for any future plumbing needs!

Scott Brown is the best! Very honest and knowledgeable. We discovered we have some major sewer issues and he was transparent about the solution, process and fees. Would definitely work with him again!

Both the The gentleman who came to assist my problem and the technician who installed my hot water tank were exceptional. It seemed like very nice gentleman and seemed to know what they were doing. The guy who installed the hot water heater did so while I was gone and by the time I got home, the job was done. The room where the hot water tank is kept was cleaner than it was when he started and better organized. He went above and beyond the duty. I thought he did an exceptional job. I’m very happy with your service.

We were referred by neighbors and had a great appointment today with Ron! We had a leak in our shower and Ron was super knowledgeable, thorough, and timely. He did an excellent job explaining the cause and repairs in a simple way and highlighted the benefits of joining the No Drip Club. He was also super friendly to our dog!

Super friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help out with an urgent issue. Anthony did a great job in a somewhat tight space. I was especially pleased that he took the time to explain what he thought was the best approach to fixing our issue prior to doing it, and then again explaining it after he was done. Would recommend!

Generally, not a big fan of large company services, but the technician was really helpful and knowledgeable. Straightforward and communicative with the pricing as well as professional and handled my tenants with care and respect. I will rate this gentleman, a 10 out of 10. And well honestly, because of him be using the service again.

He’s thorough, knowledgeable, communicative, and always completes high-quality work whether it’s a really big job, or something small and simple. This time he rebuilt a toilet original to the home and replaced its handle so we could maintain the vintage appearance. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Stephen is the best. He came to the home within 2 hours of the initial call and he was wonderful. He was calm and very thorough and did not leave the house without triple checking that the plumbing problem we had was solved. He also camera scoped the sewer line and had great advice. I would love to work with Stephen anytime and will recommend him to all of my real estate clients and friends.

I was concerned about roots infiltrating the sewer line because I had a blockage years ago and have not had it rodded out in about 2 years. The camera showed the line to still be clear so rodding was not necessary. It also showed some cracks in clay pipe that may need future attention. Price was a special from mail flyer so I don't expect to see that again. Mike did a great job explaining what he saw and showing me the pictures. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. I couldn't ask for better service.

I’ve actually had 3 interactions with Jeff in the past 6 weeks. Each visit independent of the other. He is punctual and professional. My favorite part is that Jeff is willing to walk me through what he’s doing. It’s important to me to have the job done right and that’s what I got with Jeff. JSR just replaced our defective sump pump and back up system. They came out to diagnose our issue and installed the system in same week. Jeff was extremely courteous and responsive. We can rest easy knowing it's all properly installed plus the system is very quiet. Amazing advice and follow up.
