Hani and team we’re great. I reached out to them around 8 AM and they were out there at 10 AM when there was an issue with a tenant's furnace. They were able to get the sensor issue resolved quickly and got the heat back on and the coolest day of the year.

Oasis came to the rescue on a very cold day! On Tuesday, 12/2 I arrived home to a cold house. I called the HVAC company I’ve been using for years (and who I have a membership with) only to be told they could make it out on Thursday 12/4.

My neighbor recommended Oasis and they came out the very next day, at the time they promised and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. Michael was the expert that solved our problem. He was quick, efficient and explained what had caused the furnace to stop working. The cost was very reasonable and I sincerely appreciated that he did not try to “find” other problems or recommend unnecessary work.

We are having issues with our furnace blowing cold air. We troubleshooted before calling but couldn't get it it going. Anyway we called and a technician was able to come within 2 hours. He able to see right away what the issue was and able get us heat. Due to these low temps it will take some time to get up to toasty. He recommends getting a new furnace soon ours is over 20 years old. Was charged only for visit due to our troubleshooting fixing the main issue we just missed the last step. Thank you for coming out.

They were able to take care of the hvac maintenance and dryer duct cleaning. The dryer was a tight fit but they were able to get it done and I really appreciate their time and patience with the job. Will definitely give them a call again whenever any service is needed.

Highly recommend. Our furnace went out this morning with below freezing temperatures outside. Oasis was recommended by a neighbor and I’m so glad we went with them! Natalia was great on the phone and she had a fantastic tech Naem out here In about an hour. It turned this stressful situation into no big deal - very grateful for the service we received!

The Oasis team just packed up after installing a new boiler for us. So far, every interaction we've had has been seamless.
We initially called them on a Sunday evening expecting to leave a message for a call back. Instead, a person answered and took down our whole story and assured us tbat someone would get back to us the next day. In fact, someone called 10 minutes later and scheduled a visit for the next day.
They came out, exactly on time, took a look, explained the options and promised cost estimates the next day. We had the estimates for repair or replacement by end of the same day.
After a bit more discussion without any high pressure we opted for a replacement (our failing unit was 16 yrs. old), and the scheduled us for just a few days later.
This a.m. team texted to let us know they were running about 20 min. late and showed up in about 15. They worked quietly, quickly, and neatly for 6 hours, and the new system kicked in perfectly as soon as they started it.
Time will tell if there are any issues---the basement sub-floor heat had not fully been felt when they left---but so far we couldn't ask for better service.

Oasis replaced two furnaces and two ac units. What felt like a big job was completed by their team with efficiency and professionalism. We were impressed with their friendly staff who were happy to answer our questions and who completed the job to very high standards.

Late summer 2025 we made the switch to Oasis after being long time customers of another service provider. We have been so impressed with Oasis’ team and approach to helping us maintain our 100+ year old home. We have had HVAC and plumbing services and especially appreciate their annual service visits to keep our equipment maintained. Chris and Michael were especially helpful.

My furnace broke down over the weekend when it was very cold outside.

Oasis came out right away and were able to diagnose the problem.

They helped me keep the house warm until they could send a team to remove my old boiler and install the new one.

The crew was friendly, respectful, and on time.

They came out quickly, which was very appreciated. But the upsell for a full replacement of my heater and AC was very quick also.
My heater was short cycling, due to the internal temperature hitting the safety threshold. My apt was freezing.
They took off the front panel and within a minute, called me over to discuss the blockages that needed to be completely replaced for 11700$ for new AC and heat units.
I am not an HVAC expert, so I took them at their word this was the best route forward. But I’m glad I messaged my friends who told me to get a second opinion.

I decided to get a second opinion, That tech pulled out the blower motor and found a bad capacitor that they replaced. There was also a blinking light that showed the flame sensor was erroring (which the tech from oasis never pointed out, and it’s a big blinking bulb).
Once the new tech replaced the capacitor and cleaned the flame sensor, I can now heat my unit as I want.
Is it a 22yo heater that should probably be replaced eventually, yes. But they did not even attempt to fix or even deeply investigate the current problem.

Edit: after their response saying they won’t repair older systems due to safety concerns, I just want to point out their technicians suggestion when they left was to leave the front panel of my furnace off (while running) until they replaced it a few days later, and I should keep an eye on it; because that was the only way it was getting enough airflow to not short cycle. Sure, safety first.

Oasis installed a new AC unit for us when ours was starting to fail in the middle of August. We had a great experience, as they were prompt and explained everything to us very thoroughly. We signed up for their maintenance program and the first furnace check was also very professional and timely. We will continue to work with them for all our HVAC needs!

My furnace was shutting off after a few minutes and I needed someone to come out same day. I was able to call at 5am and get an appt for 830 which was amazing. The tech was amazing and was able to explain that my previous company had sold me a way oversized furnace and that a screw was disrupting the flame.

He was able to fix the screw issue and then turn down the gas so that I can continue to use the furnace as is. Overall I was very happy with the service and the thorough explanation and will be using Oasis in the future and have already recommended them to friends.

Oasis Heating was amazing when my furnace died unexpectedly. With freezing temperatures coming, they offered fast, knowledgeable solutions to get my heat back quickly. Mike, the owner, went above and beyond by FaceTiming and texting to walk me through options and make sure everything was done right.
